App Crashes constantly
App worked well for almost a year. Since September 2021, the App crashes at point of login details recognised. Deleting and reinstalling App, and powering phone on and off doesn’t change anything. The Talkmobile chat service advise I can still use the online account access via the web page. As such, no confidence that the problem is being looked at by the App developer.

Data
I am at a loss as to why if you buy boosted data or minutes why they only last seven days. Is there a sell by date or something? On the extremely rare occasions I use all of my data I would like to be able to boost my data without losing any unused seven days later. The only reason I ran out this month is I forgot to switch roaming off and my Bluetooth connection in my car downloaded all of my music from iTunes.

Used to work but now I get the ‘Application error’ message each tIme. Seems no effort has been made to keep the app up to date.
