Moved from ee who I’d been with for over 14 years I only left because I was having severe problems with signal etc and then them wanting to charge me triple what I was paying came to talk mobile because my daughter in law recommended them and it’s been lovely no signal problems and saving me £22 a month fantastic job talk mobile keep up the great work A1 service

Excellent App for US people living in Uk
My App Store is for US region but i live in UK, signed up for talk mobile at my local Vodafone store so far this has been a better a choice than giffgaff that uses 02 lines. I’ve used Talkmobile service multiple times they’ve helped me out easily and fast excellent service A++
Pretty poor UX
The app keeps logging me out even when I’ve selected it to keep me logged in. Also you can’t touch both use Face ID and keep me logged in. It’s one or the other. Checkboxes imply that that both can be checked. That’s a dark pattern right there. It gets tiring having to enter the passcode each time. The app also doesn’t get updates or bug fixes. At the time of writing this review the app was last updated ten months ago.

Great App for multi accounts
I have my wife’s & my own number under this singular app.
Really good as we log in regularly on our individual devices to check how much data we have available noting the live updates

Not able to log in
This app is absolutely useless not been able to log in for about a year and a half first thought it was a bug so I left it for 2 months re downloaded still wasn’t working called up the service team (great customer service) we reset everything but it was still not working. I can’t be the only 1
Many problems.
This app has had many problems although they have gotten better, my only nag is the two factor authentication. It’s an app to check your allowance not a banking app why is it needed and better yet why can’t I turn it off? The 2FA sometimes glitches too and says it’s invalid which means I have to restart the app and do the process again just to check how much data I have. Would be nice to have an option where I don’t need a password at all or at least just be able to use my face without the 2FA. Sort it out.

Saved the day
Really pleased with my talk mobile sim as I didn’t need a hand set and was fed up of paying over £50 a month for a service that I hardly used.
Talkmobile is perfect if you just want to have a mobile for basis needs at a low low monthly cost & if you need extra services you can just add them on later.
Love it and thank you for sorting me & my daughters mobile monthly needs we saved a fortune on wasted services between us & now have just what we need.

Have to close the app all the time
So it shows the information that you would want but if you use FaceId then you have to close the app and re open it otherwise you won’t get the latest information.
Can this issue be looked into please.

Not at all good
I don’t often use the app. However, when I do need to, it has usually logged me out, even though I have tagged the portion to stay signed in, when I try to sign it tells my details are invalid and, if I manage to get that far, the app crashes just when it’s loading my account data.
Come on guys, you provide a fantastic product for mobile users but your app and tech back-up leave a lot to be desired.
It’s not a deal breaker for me, because the product and price are perfect for my means and needs, but it would be nice to have operational apps.

Crashes!
I download the app- all is fine. I log in then it crashes just as it is about to go to the home page. I restart my phone and try to open the app again, however it crashes straight away. Then i try uninstalling and reinstalling the app however as soon as i log in the same problem happens! Please fix this issue!
