Très bien

Lincoln way
App does not update frequently enough. Tells me where the vehicle is or was hours ago , sometimes days ago and it’s sitting in the driveway when the app says somewhere else.

Decent Enough/Could be better
For a LUXERY vehicle app, the app could be better, although it does most of what you need it to do when you need it. I agree with some other reviews that mention doing something on the app does not always reflect on dealership systems, ie making appointments, scheduling a loaner vehicle (learned that the hard way). It’s like it is a feature not fully integrated with Ford/Lincoln’s and their dealer’s software backend. Also still odd you can not schedule an auto lock from the app or use the Lincoln Way app in the Apple Shortcuts app. If you aren’t going to add a feature for auto lock for even just a set time, at least allow the app to integrate with Shortcuts to essentially allow us to automate our own lock routine among other things. Maybe even add in some Siri commands to allow me to vocally control the start/stop/lock/unlock/ and opening/closing of the rear gate functions. Sometimes I wonder who makes decisions and why on these app dev teams. These are basic feature integrations in iOS nowadays.

I love this car and I love this app! This is my first luxury car (I’ve been living the van life for the past 20 years) and having this app is just icing on the cake that this car is. Love, love, love it!
