This rating is for the vehicle and the App. Stay away from Lincoln.
Let’s start with the vehicle then the App. Most Lincoln vehicles, in this case the Lincoln Aviators they all have extensive amounts of ongoing issues that pops up every few weeks or months. These are non stop recurring since we purchased the vehicle a few years ago, it is constantly at the dealership for repairs and after they fix one issue another one comes up shortly after. This vehicle is very beautiful, luxurious, and expensive. We would love to keep it but the constant issues are way to much, we are looking to get rid of it very soon before the warranty expires… My recommendation is to stay away from Lincoln vehicles for a few years until they start making better quality and reliable vehicles.
The Lincoln App on the other is very nice, helpful and has lists of feature. I cannot in anyway complain about the App, I use it on a regular basis for my phone and love functionality.

It’s app is way better
Have had nothing but problems with the Lincoln app. I have owned 3 F150’s and have never had a problem. Very disappointed with our Lincoln app.
Missing Map
The Lincoln way app is good, however it does not have a map to display the car’s location
Need more features
I would have given a 5 star but after getting my Nautilus, I was shocked to see only basic features like the ford app I was using. A luxurious brand like Lincoln should be able to provide robust features on the app. So phone as key is a fantastic option, what about the ability to control climate from the app etc. I would suggest seeing what Hyndaii has done on blue link and match or do better.

Not the best app
I am really disappointed in the Lincoln Way app. For this to be a luxury car (which I looooooove my SUV!!!) this app does not match. I normally don’t leave reviews but I am so disappointed with this app that I had to. I had a BMW before getting my Lincoln. The BMW app is way better. If the Lincoln Way app had more features like the BMW app it would be a nice app. Things I like about the the BMW app that I wish the Lincoln app had are: -You can check your door and window status. In the BMW app you can check if your doors are opened/closed, locked/unlocked and windows are open or closed. In the Lincoln app you can only unlock or lock your doors. I can’t even open or close the windows from the app but I can do it from my key fob. I live in a city where there are a lot of cars being stolen or broken into. So, it gave me a peace of mind to be able to check the status. -I would like to be able to pay my car note from the app. Now, maybe there’s a Lincoln financial app and that why it’s not a feature but I’m not sure. I have only had my SUV for a couple of weeks. -I wish I could see the tire pressure in the app I just wish it could give an overall better status of the vehicle in the app. I can’t remember the other stuff. But those were my major disappointments.

The ap is buggy
I can only use my phone as key about 30% of the time. It keeps entering battery saver mode and telling me the only way to exit is to get in the car and start the car. That works … until I get out of the car and it’s back in battery saver mode. What’s the point?
