Deep sleep
Deep sleep starts to close to peak volts as it is 12.6 volts . I had it scheduled to start and run for 15 minutes every week to charge the battery as it is 860 miles from me in Florida for 6 months. My car insurance is based on miles driven which is less than 2000 miles per year. When the car is in deep sleep the insurance can not see my mileage and I get charged $8 per day. I ca n not put a trickle charge at my condo in a secure basement parking area. I can not anyone to get my key and manual start the car. Very frustrating! Next year I will install a solar charger and park my car outside in an insecure area. Thanks for nothing trying to protecting everyone’s car battery with no way for me to control when the voltage puts it in deep sleep or for me to remotely take it out of deep sleep mode. You can program it to let me get it out of deep sleep 1 day a week. I am a retired engineer and I know you can give me some options. This feature is absolutely nuts for me with no options. For a snowbird like me, I would ever buy a car with a deep sleep option again unless I have some control over it. Hope you got the message.Show lessJFKnoop

After spending hours try to setup Phone as Key on my iPhone I called the Lincoln Concierge and was told that they knew about the problem with connecting iPhone.Impala4214
Works Great
I used the app extensively with my 2017 MKC. Unfortunately, my car came with the older 3g modem installed and the app became useless nearly. In fact, I deleted the app completely. I didn’t want to pay $800 for the 4g modem upgrade. I searched the internet about doing the upgrade myself. So, just after one year, I bought a used $75 4g modem and a OBD2 connector for $15. Installed the 4g modem and programmed it all under two hours. Reinstalled the app and activated my car. After a year of not using it, the app added lights/horn and a few other improvements were nice to see. The only hang up is, sometimes if wanting to select oil or tires…it tells you it’s not working and check back later. The location of the vehicle is sometimes slow to report the actual location. I’m glad I saved tons of money doing it myself and overall, the app is better than it use to be.

oil life monitor
4.22.1 oil life monitor takes days to update. Nothing like the app saying 3% instead of 100% after the oil life monitor was reset. It’s pretty embarrassing at this point.
4.21.0 oil life monitor is stuck on yesterday at 1:30 PM. Used the car twice today. This feature always has an issue. App look horrible too. Having everything as a tile may be good for performance but people want to see their all their information on one screen. App needs an overhaul. 4.18.0 still having the same issues with the oil life monitor. 4.17.1 The oil life monitor doesn’t always show. Sometimes it shows with an error message, “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” Why are there so many issues with that oil life monitor on this app? Can it be that difficult to make it show the accurate percentage.Show lessNYG2011
Nice App…needs format adjustment abilities.
I’m on my second Lincoln and love the app for both my iPhone and Apple Watch. I’m not crazy about the dark background for the mapping and vehicle info screens. I can’t even read my current odometer reading because the color font used blends into the background. I have be in very bright light to see that information. Can you change the font color to white? How about giving the user the ability to change themes or specific screen info?
