    I love this app, however, with this last update, my start button, as well as the lock and unlock buttons are no longer there! What happened?
  • Broke the Remote start feature in the App

    Just updated today, Remote Start, Lock and Unlock buttons have all disappeared, basically making the app useless. Please fix, it’s cold out!
  • Sending destination to navi

    I was very disappointed to learn that I cannot send a destination from the phone app to the vehicle navi without the phone being physically connected via USB. Requiring this renders this feature useless really, as I could just as well use CarPlay.

    Suggesting to develop the feature to send remotely via internet/cell, so that when we start the vehicle, the destination is loaded into navi and we are given the option to start route guidance or save the destination and start it later. This is similar to the Mercedes Benz option works and is extremely user friendly and functional.

  • Unreliable and Useless

    The app has either crashed or said unable to process every single time I’ve tried to use the Pickup & Delivery option. That is the only feature I actually downloaded the app to use and it is terrible. To get the service to work, I had to go to the dealer website to actually find available times as the app doesn’t load available times correctly and presents a generic error until you select a time that is actually available. Even with that, the dealer then indicated they don’t even have the loaner car available on that day and would need to reschedule to accommodate the reservation. One of our main reasons for selecting the car was the technical features. This experience has completely turned me against Lincoln.

  • Disappointing!

    I use to love this app, I never had any issues starting my MKC, or finding any information I was looking for. You have done multiple updates changing the whole layout and it’s not for the better. Most of the time my car won’t even start start while using this app, if it does it is seriously delayed! The constant pop ups asking me if I’m driving are obnoxious, if I’m trying to start my car or lock it then clearly I’m not driving. I tried starting my car just this morning and it took 10 mins to finally start, then where the red button is to add 15mins, it says 0 mins instead... there was just a new update, and it still is a mess!! Very disappointing coming from a luxury brand like Lincoln!!

  • Promising, some issues

    App is functional, but there’s one annoying issue and a few missing ones. The constant “confirm I am not driving” popups are obnoxious: you KNOW I am not driving, I’m trying to start the car! The main convenience of this app is to quickly start your car remotely (say, from the checkout line in the grocery store), and these popups just frustrate users. I imagine it’s a liability thing or whatever, but surely you can program in an exception for when your car is not even turned on. Which is 95% of the time when we’re using the app. C’mon. :)

    Thrilled to see Apple Watch support starting, though its severely lacking now (no status update when an action completes, no way to shut engine off after starting, buttons are cramped and confusing (they look like you’re supposed to hold them but appear to be taps).

    These nit aside, climate controls and liftgate control would be much appreciated in the future!

  • What a shame

    I have not had luck with this app at all. After feeling like I needed to take my car to the dealership and have something installed and pay for service (I called concierge) found out that all I needed to do was sign out and back in. December 13th the app updated, the morning of December 14th it was not working properly so I signed out, tried signing back in several times only to get an error message stating the service was not available try again later which I tried 3 more times. Also, it has been months since my engine oil life has said 0% take it in for service. Mind you I take very good care of my vehicle and it is maintained properly. I don’t review many things but you expect more out of something such as a Lincoln product, even an app that will allow you to start your car from inside your office.

  • It wasn’t broken! Why did you try to fix it??

    I loved the app before the last major update. It wasn’t perfect, but I could at least lock/unlock and autostart my car. My text messages came through and it was fine. NOW!?! I can’t find anything anymore!! I can’t even find the features to lock/unlock or autostart my car WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT THE CAR IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I wanted a car with autostart and thanks to the “update” I can’t use it, or even FIND it!! Why the heck did you change something that was fine the way it was??!? And I don’t have time to go in and get the firmware updated all the time! I just had that done a couple months ago and now it’s down again! Come on!! This is a leased car and I will not be leasing another. Sorry Lincoln, lost my business!

  • Dangerous!!! Horrible!

    Just installed the app for a 15MKC after the modem recall/change. With no warning, the program let me establish a second account for one vehicle (using another of my email addresses). So then when I tried to start using it, each email was trying to establish a connection and the whole thing froze on "requesting authorization." After multiple attempts to chat, finally found somebody who identified the problem and deleted one account. But then when I tried to use the other, it had to reestablish authorization with the vehicle, which was being driven at the time by my wife. First thing I see is a message the I needed to park the vehicle outside to verify the start function! No way I could do that but also no way that app page would close. Meanwhile my wife gets a message in the car that the app wants to talk to the car, so I have no idea is a start command is going to a vehicle in motion. No choice but to delete the whole thing and try again another day.

  • Issues All Around

    The main reason for using this app is to use the remote start feature both at the push of a button and using the scheduled start. Unfortunately, neither are very reliable. Many times when using the scheduled start your it does not work and then you walk out to your car banking on the fact that it would be warmed up, the windows defrosted and so forth to find the car never started at all. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t let you know that it never started so the only way to know is when you walk out to find out on your own. Secondly, when using the remote start button in the app most of the time it does not work and when it does work it takes several minutes to link to your car and get it started.
