  • Why bother?

    You spend almost 100k for a car that is supposed to be luxury and have all these perks. Ha! Absolute lies. This app is just one of many things that is sold to you as a feature but ends up being useless. You cannot schedule service on the app. Ever. It just spins and then goes back to the submit screen. You have to call and talk to the service department. Who will tell you they don’t have a loaner (when a loaner was again part of the “luxury” perk of purchase). I have 2 recalls on this “luxury” car and the dealership won’t schedule me for months. Also don’t fall for the “we will pick it up and bring it back to you” for service. This is a lie. They will charge you for this. It’s not a perk. This app will tell you where your car is and how much gas you have. Super helpful remotely (I am rolling my eyes). Can’t help you with oil life. That feature is always glitching. Can’t schedule service. Why bother?

  • Moving backwards

    This used to be a fine app that allowed me to schedule an appointment with ease. Now it makes one jump through hoops to do so. When the app shows that an oil change is needed it give you an option to schedule an appointment. Formerly I could click a button and it would take me to a screen with my home dealership listed. A few clicks where I choose a date and time then the appointment is scheduled. It already has all the information about my vehicle.
    Now all that info including vin has to be entered. Not only that, it doesn’t know who I am. I had just left a page with all the info about my vehicle. Why does it not transfer that info? After entering info it wanted to schedule me for a diesel service! My car is gasoline fueled. No way to change it.
    I gave up and called the dealership. This once fine app is almost worthless now.

  • Missing so much(previous and future OnStar client)

    I want to love this but can’t. Rather than complaints i’ll offer suggestions.

    needed

    1) Current status of doors locked/unlocked
    2) Ability to view logins and devices that loved in/out etc
    3) full detailed view of previous maintenance records.
    4) Ability for provider to remotely unlock vehicle when you’ve been locked out.
    5) Navigation history
    6) call log history for concierge
    7) more diagnostics
    8) warranty and service info(included or not et) for your vehicle specifically not generalities I was charged for wipers and tire balance/rotation and Black label includes.

    Previous OnStar client and miss it sooo much!
    This doesn’t come close to competing. OnStar capabilities are top notch. Remote lock out help, request dinner reservations, click a button and ask to have address entered into nav and they will look up address too! and huge is the ability to disable car if stolen which we had to use 2 urs ago and worked like a charm. Location services are constant not only when parked and connected to bluetooth etc.

    this app is almost useless. Been waiting since 2019 to write review so this is not a thoughtless review.

  • Why Remove Key Features ???

    This app has always been buggy but to top it off Lincoln keeps removing functionality with their updates. Latest thing taken away was the ability to send directions from the app to the car’s navigation system (Sync 3). They claim it’s not used a lot but why in the world would you disable a functionality like that one??? Its 2022 and every other car mfg has the ability to send navigation destinations from their apps to the car for the purpose of convenience! Especially considering how bad the navigation voice search in the actual vehicle is (2022 aviator)! You should be ahead or at least trying to match the competition but instead you’re going backwards!

  • Great app

    Very good app. Never had a problem with it. Just go to make sure it updates probably since I’m on iPhone the updates corrupt. But not had just to delete the app and re-download it.
  • 3g to 4g modem

    $330 for the 4g modem, at least 2 hours labor, and $140 Ford/Lincoln equipment sync/software update fee! Quoted over $800 Just to replace the 3g for a 4g modem that is now useless and barely worked when supported. Lincoln claims not performing upgrade will not impact performance of your vehicle, however since the 3g service went dead so has my car battery numerous times in the last week. Called to notify of the issue of battery draining, suggested I take it in to dealership to have disconnected, dealership will disconnect 3g modem at MY charge of course! Thanks for the lack of support definitely feel unwanted as a Lincoln owner after bumper to bumper warranty expires! This should be a free service provided regardless of warranty since the service is rendered useless without upgrade. The vision of the app was a deciding factor in choosing Lincoln over the other luxury brands, first two years app was better, the last 2+ years the app has had so many bugs and barely even worked.

  • Low quality

    Someone needs to pay the developers more because apparently they can’t afford a screen over 720P…. All the images are super low res. Feels like an interns college project. Was kind of expecting something more professional like the app I use on my BMW. Can’t get over this picture of my black Nautilus looking Brown from the hyper compressed photo. Can they not afford unlimited data or something? Pretty much nothing can be customized. No tactile feedback or tones for any action. No history of remote actions to reference. The notifications bug out and show as unread no matter what you do. Seriously pay the developers enough to buy a Lincoln so they can see how garbage the app is with it. My kids happy meals come with a better app than my $80,000 car. It’s embarrassing.

  • Latest upgrade makes app useless.

    Since version 4.11.0 vehicle is gone.
  • Just got a New 2022 Lincoln Aviator

    As excited as I was to move on from my 2019 Lexus RX Sport and into my beautiful Lincoln Aviator I will say I’m disappointed to see how this App is less equipped than the Lexus App. Lexus App emailed and pushed notification to you if you left the doors unlocked or even if the door was open and shut within 5 minutes if not locked you were notified. You had features in the app if others were using your car and stuff like that. Knowing if you left your car unlocked is such a great tool to prevent theft in which I was able with that App to find out someone had went into my car.

    It definitely needs improvement to keep up with competition.

  • Lincoln not what it used to be

    I am very disappointed with Lincoln. It is supposed to be luxury with great features. The app is marginal at best. There aren’t enough features on it. Lock and unlock is good. It should show all fluid levels and it doesn’t have it. Lincoln Motor Company should be providing its customers with top notch apps. I understand every app has its bugs, but the app lacks many luxury features. I also don’t like that the customer must pay to update maps? Are you kidding me! That should be free in sync. I can purchase a Hyundai and get a better bang for my buck with plenty of luxury features included. Yes a Hyundai. Half the price with a better manufacturer warranty. I grew up and Lincoln had a reputation of excellence. What happened Lincoln? Please improve and be who you were. The company is getting cheap. This in no way reflects the dealerships. I am treated great at the dealer. This review is solely for Lincoln Motors. Improve the app please.
