  • Do NOT use to schedule service!

    The app provides the ability to schedule pick up service with a dealer. I have tried this twice now with two different dealers. Both times I received a confirmation number and follow up email. Everything looked set and ready to go, but the drivers never showed up. When calling the dealer, neither one new anything about it and they didn’t get any information.

    After planning my busy schedule and then having to re-schedule this is very frustrating. If you don’t offer this service then remove it from the app! If you do offer this service, then don’t send me a confirmation until the dealer has confirmed the reservation. These false confirmations are infuriating.

  • Great app!

    I like this app a lot! I really can’t think of anything I would add or change as far as functionality.
    Aesthetically speaking, I like that it shows my specific vehicle when it opens. You know what would be awesome? I had an old Razr cell phone that when you flipped it open the car on the screen flashed its head lights. This was 10-15 years ago. Do the same with my car on the app. Have the welcome lighting and/or headlights flash! Challenge!

  • Please bring back my Apple Watch app!

    All was working great but when my Apple Watch quit working to start my Navigator, I updated the app and now the place where my convenient little car-starting/unlocking button with that sexy Lincoln badge WAS on my watch face is now just a sad, empty black spot, reminding me of all of the good times we used to have together. 😢 Please bring it back! I’m pretty sure it misses me too.

    ...And keep up the good work! As a SAHM of 6 kids (plus 6 more that I homeschool with my own kids), my beautiful, clean, quietly peaceful Navigator is truly my sanctuary and where I regain my sanity each day. Thank you for creating such a perfectly powerful place for me to feel human again.

  • Potential, but most features don’t work

    I really want to like this app. I have the grand touring aviator and the app is my go-to for checking on MPG, charge levels, etc... but the only thing that consistently works is the lock/unlock buttons. That’s great and all, but when I’m trying to check on my battery range or want it to charge to 100% it doesn’t update or says Lincoln way isn’t responding. I also can’t track any of my driving trends as they are stuck at 38 miles. Not sure what’s up with that. Anyway, I’m hopeful that the developers will work out the kinks, but right now it’s pretty subpar. Also, not sure what the watch app does mine just has dots 3 dots dancing and a refresh button. Would be cool if watch worked as key, but I have no idea what it even does. Hopefully that’s fixed soon.

  • Could be better ...

    When the app actually works, it is ok. Gives some details of the vehicle and remote starts the car. However , coming from a Volvo and using their app, the Lincoln Way app is far behind. Volvo would send you a push notification if you happened to forget your doors unlocked .. a huge life saver that could save you a big headache . Lincoln does not even show if your car doors are locked on the app, even though it has the lock and unlock feature .. there is no way to know. Not sure why Lincoln does not do this , it seems like a simple and obvious safety notification. Volvo would also show if a window was left open on the car , a very nice feature when you have kids and they accidentally open a window and you didn’t notice . Would also be nice if it recorded the trips taken with the vehicle and its details ... such as miles driven and how much gas was used. Hope some improvements come before my lease is up!

  • It’s ok...

    I like being able to track my service history. However it’s extremely frustrating that the feature to upload a copy of the receipt never works. I’ve tried three different receipts now and it just continually tells me it’s unable to save the receipt try again. So I guess that feature just doesn’t work. It would also be nice if I could schedule my service at a Ford dealership since there’s not a Lincoln dealership in my town. If that doesn’t work on my Ford app because it’s a Lincoln vehicle and it doesn’t work on my Lincoln app because it’s a Ford dealership. We both know they’re the same company so for the love of God make it work

  • Not perfect

    I have a Ford and a Lincoln and use both apps. The Ford app is way better than the lincoln one. For starters with the remote start feature on the Ford app you can extend the time twice, while the Lincoln one won’t let you extend it and 10 min is the max.. makes no sense. Also the Lincoln app crashes a lot more often then the Ford one. I assume same developers but some strange differences for some reason. Follow the Ford app format - it’s better.

    Update - I received a message from the developer saying they fixed this issue. However after updating the app and retrying I found that the situation had not been fixed. The app still says it can not be extended, however if you close the app and restart it again you do find that it actually did extend the start time. So while I cannot retract my comments I am happy to see that someone is actually paying attention to these reviews. Hopefully they get this last bit of the issue figured out and fixed.

  • Most Recent Update

    Since the most recent update, the app no longer displays my odometer reading correctly- it always shows 0. I also can not get it to save my license plate number. This only occurs on my iPhone, my iPad is working fine.

    I appreciate your response to my issues however both my iPad and iPhone have the most recent version of this app installed (3.13.1). The odometer is now functioning correctly but my license number will not save in either device.

    Since your reply, I deleted the app and reinstalled it and all is well now. Thanks for your quick response.

  • Horrible app

    Updated the app just like support said. This app is still garbage. Same problem as the first review I wrote.
    Just got a new Lincoln Nautilus. Was excited about the app. Installed and set up the app at the dealer. After that, my new iPhone 11 ProMax started getting hot and the battery was draining super quick. Checked my battery usage and the App was constantly draining the battery even after the app was closed. This morning the app was closed but using 79% of my battery. Drained a 100 % charge down to 11% in two hours with no other apps open.

  • Great unless you like your battery life

    ***UPDATE***

    Developer reached out and explained what they thought was going on so I’ll give them some credit for that. The issue is they state they narrowed it down to iPhones running IOS14 and that are using USB. The problem is I’ve never used the USB feature in my car since Ive owned it so I think they need to go back to the drawing board. It’s not the phone. It’s not the USB. It’s their app that is causing this battery drain.

    Terrible app. Constantly runs in the background.

    iPhone went to low power mode at 2 pm on my phone that I hadn’t used once today. Went to check to see what was using the battery and low and behold it’s the Lincoln Way app which had used 89% of my battery. Went into location services to see if I had it turned on for the app and it was still set to “ask” so how does an app that I didn’t open and certainly wasn’t asked just decide to turn on by itself?

    This is not my first experience with this battery sucking app which is why I turned location service to “ask” next time. Since that doesn’t work I turned it off altogether which really means it’s a useless app.

    To add insult to injury my phone died while typing this causing me to have to create the review all over again.

    I’ve never had an app drain my battery like this one. Just terrible.

    There have been other clients reporting a battery drain issue on some iPhones. We are working to address battery consumption issues affecting some devices running on iOS 14+ after being connected to a vehicle. This fix will be included in a future iOS update. In the meantime, there are actions you can take to lessen the impact: I recommend force quitting the app and restarting your phone as a temporary solution. Please note: Until a fix is in place, these issues may come up again after your phone has been connected to your vehicle. If so, please repeat the above steps.
