  • Unusable

    Every time I open the app, it directs me to a form to insert my information. It fails with notice that I already have an account. However, there’s no option to hit a screen with a login. When I try to fudge the first and last name to that of my dog’s - it still tells me that I have an existing account, and STILL no way to log in.

  • Wastes your time AND your money

    Installed and deleted. The process to connect your credit card is archaic and sketchy. BTW you have to complete the whole email verification before you can even try to connect a payment method.

    When you do the app makes you call them. They ask you what phone number you have on your account (I could've said anything) then they call you back and ask you to update your passcode with them!

    It took nearly an hour to get that far. Then I find out using the app means I get 3cents/gal off - INSTEAD OF THE 5 cents I GET NOW by swiping my card?!?

    I really wanted to like it. Touchless pay is my jam but… sorry, hard pass, guys.

  • Works great overall

    I like the ease of paying on my phone and the e-receipt. However, a few times on some gas stations it would not take my payment from the app. Also, how about adding gas prices , so that it’ll be easier than searching on the web.
  • Beware

    The one thing the app doesn’t tell you is that when you buy gas using the app they run your card as a credit, with the Sunoco in my area they charge two prices the higher per gallon cost for credit cash is about 6 cents cheaper and debit is same as cash. Even with the 3 cent savings it’s still cheaper to NOT use the app

  • Bad App

    Can’t load Sunoco card tried way to many time ask to call customer service but they are useless and clueless on issues with the APP
  • Convenient

    Easy to use. Have my Apple Pay linked and I can have the pump activated before I leave my truck by paying through the app.
  • Unhelpful error messages and no support

    I have been unable to enter my Sunoco credit card as a payment information. Sunoco customer service blames Citibank and Citibamk says they have nothing to do with the app. On my fourth call, I did get someone from Sunoco to say that the card won't add because of a verification with the Citibamk back end. I signed on to my account to verify what they had and entered it exactly in the app and it still won't add the card. I have another private-label gas card issued by Citibank that works flawlessly with that gasoline company's app. The pay from-the-app feature of these apps is great in these times of the Pandemic. Fix it.

  • Sign In with Apple??

    I was happy to see that the app now offers a “Sign In With Apple” option, but even after signing in successfully, tapping “Pay at pump” in the app pops up an “enter your password” prompt, then tells me that I don’t have a password because I’m using a Google or Facebook account (they need to add “Apple” to this message). So I’m stuck in an endless loop when all I want to do is give Sunoco money for my gas. I now go to Exxon.

  • Please fix the logout login issue.

    I enjoy the convenience of this app. I prefer to use Apple Pay whenever I can. However this app logs me out and refuses to let me log back in. I don’t understand why.

    I’ve tried resetting and creating a new account only to deal with the same issue.

    The app is a great convenience and would have a 5 star rating if it weren’t for that problem.

  • Inconsistent app

    For years this app only works sometimes. It makes you jump through hoops for discounts that may or may not appear on your bill, while at the pump using your card is 5 cents cheaper! Using the app at the pump is considered credit card despite the card being a Sunoco that is being charged!
