Issues with every delivery
The app glitch’s all the time. The stores are confused my the orders, sometimes they don’t even have them. They will notify the customer you are delivering it anyways then have the customer calling you asking where there stuff is. They get the weights and dimensions wrong on items moved. The payout are low do not seem worth it.

Great app
I’ve driven for a few different companies like this and Bungii has the best app. I’m not sure why there are reviews that say you can’t see the pick up and drop off locations when a request comes in, they display both of those location.

Welp!!!!
Before today I would’ve recommended Bungii… I drove 70+ miles and worked HARD manual labor unloading HEAVY granite countertops for a whole hour by hand just for my pay to be “adjusted” from $130 to $0 and suspended from the app because the customer was not present at the drop off… that’s 100% unacceptable and if this was a corporate job, that’ll be borderline ILLEGAL!!!!! I’m assuming somehow even though the customer made this order, they didn’t know it was coming? This is why people take a leap of faith and leave the corporate world.. companies don’t advocate for their employees. I will gladly adjust my review if and when my experience is better. This is unacceptable

If you’re new don’t get it
Absolutely no chance of making any type of money on this app, every job is over an hour away from me then it takes me even father out for the drop off, all for a $30 payout? I pay $30 in gas just to get the job done, so labor is just free at this point
Not Available where I live
I went through all the hoops of getting qualified to work for bungi just to find out that it’s not popular in Portland, Oregon. It’s a shame because it sounds like a good idea. Was on the app for hours and never got a call. This makes sense most people out here own a truck or know someone with a truck.

Great overall
Next to other courier apps, Bungii fits PERFECT into rotation. Scheduling gigs instead of asap orders is a great concept. Only downside to Bungii is if you have 1 gig already scheduled, you can’t schedule another gig before completion… even if it’s a 4 hour difference (which I think is crazy personally)… but overall this is a great app compared to others

SUPER SUPER LOW PAY
Dont do jobs fast….let me repeat…DO NOT DO JOBS FAST, they will pay you less!!! I learned the hard way twice!! The job was paying $54 and since I finished fast they paid me $33 WTH!! They charged the customer $150 and paid me and the helper $33 each and they kept $84 of the $150. We moved 2 dressers, night stand, mattress/box spring plus disassembled and reassembled the bed with a flight of stairs all for $33 a piece and we had to use our own cargo vans. Straight Robbery!!

Bungii is wanting you to be very close to pick up to get a order which is bad
They never have work they focus more on rules than making sure they have orders & making contractors money just a terrible company they also have you doing back breaking work for little chump change!
They don’t care about their Drivers
I literally got stuck in a pot hole and was unable to arrive at my destination for pickup. I notified Bungii about it. And not only did they refuse to help me in that difficult situation but they went ahead and deactivated my account for not completing the delivery. I’m still looking to see what my options are in terms of the legal aspect of this situation.
