  • Not working

I bought the smart phone specifically to monitor glucose levels. Downloaded the H Band app to my iPhone, and everything works fine. EXCEPT glucose level monitoring. The app is not amongst the other measured areas, nor is it anywhere to be found. Not what I had expected.
  • Awesome Watch but needs more bug fixes and updates please

I Love my watch!! However, not everything is syncing properly. My watch works fine. But the app doesn’t sync everything. Only the steps, body temperature, and Blood Pressure sync’s. Other than that? Can you please please create a test for the Respiratory Rate be able to be chosen, so that it can be checked every single time people want to? And not just during the night or with the SpO2 please? And getting awards messages for meeting goals would also be helpful please!! Thank you so much!! Also? How am I supposed to be holding my watch correctly for my SpO2 and ecg etc etc? There’s also no directions on it. Plus? My SpO2 and ECG and Blood Glucose readings don’t sync from my watch to my app to my Apple Health app!! Ugh!! Those keep on saying failed!!

  • Alarm Clock settings in Smartwatch using H Band

Hi, could you please modify H Band APP so that I can Add & Edit Alarm settings in my smart watch? at the moment I can only Add & Edit alarm clock settings in H Band APP only! but not in my smart watch! Thank you so much.
  • Password faulty

This app is very buggy. My problem started when it would not accept an exclamation mark (!) in the password so I left it out.
When I tried to log in on my iPad, it did not recognise password, so I changed it with the “forgot password” feature. After changing it, it says m6 account doesn’t exist, so now I’m screwed. I guess I’ll have to make a new account.

  • Cannot connect!

Hband was working fine until a couple of weeks ago it decided to stop working. Since then I have been unable to connect to my phone because it keeps asking for a password which I don’t have! Can anyone help please?
  • 5 years with my watch and still no update?

No new updates? And my biggest pet peeve is that I am stuck with the same watch faces this entire time. I’ve tried looking for another app that would be compatible with my watch, but no luck. Everything is the same as the day I got it 5 years ago. Sorry to be so negative. I just wish there was some kind of improvements to make this product seem exciting and fun again.
Aside from all that, I’ve had no problems with with the watch and app as is. I has lasted me this long, so that is something to be grateful about. Please make some new watch faces or for us to be able to create our own. Thank you.

  • Good for BP and HR

I was impressed with how close the numbers were with the doctors office. Close enough that I’ve been relaying the numbers back to them over the phone. It really needs a displayed average of BP and HR along with the displayed min/max. Going the extra would be to export the data to Excel instead of a screen shot that does not include all of the days data. I’d pay an upgrade charge for that.

  • App and Bluetooth not working

Watch was working fine and communicating with my iPhone after I took it off charge it won’t connect to my phone and saying the password is wrong and now my account won’t work it keeps asking to confirm I’ve read and agree to the privacy policy’s, which I have and I still can’t use the app.
  • Wishful improvements

It would be nice if we can get historical data for blood sugar monitoring, it would also be nice if you can choose the reporting unit for blood sugar instead of mmol/L perhaps mg/do. The accuracy is a bit off but as long as the user is aware he can adjust or verify. It would be nice to have the watch e500 able to update the app on multiple devices without having to disconnect and reconnect, I lost important data during this process

  • 1st Day

Seems interesting. The Blood Glucose seems to be very hit & miss. Would like to see BG number available in US format as an option. It is very simple to convert. Multiply MMol/L by 18. Not as difficult as converting temperatures from C to F. Three days in. I am primarily interested in the non-invasive Blood Glucose monitoring. It works but the accuracy is really off. By my very rough calculation, it is approximately +/- 25%. I recently took a reading in the watch app & immediately took a blood sample. In ml/dl it was 78 (Watch) to 104(Blood). However, the trends shown in the app seem correct, just that the numbers are not close to accurate yet. I am very hopeful that this will improve over time.
Several weeks in at this point - blood glucose numbers are all over or under actual. I think it needs to be calibrated to the user using real blood numbers.
