  • Disappointed

I’ve had my HBand for a year and I have been very disappointed because it doesn’t sync with the steps on my phone and there is a big difference between the steps recorded on the hband and those on my phone. It’s also quirky when I try to charge it. At times it acts as if it’s connected with the charger but then it’s not. Sometimes it turns off randomly- not because it’s not charged. It wasn’t expensive, but it’s a basic fit bit and I’d expect it to be reliable.

  • Ok but not the best

Most features work ok but the sleep is rubbish, went to bed at 11:30 and up at 6:30 and it said I had slept for 12 hours. I could live with that but it continuously logs me out of the app and each time I press ok it pops up with the same message over and over again, you have been logged out, I press ok and then the message pops up again and I can go no further. In order to use the app again I have to delete and re-add it.

  • Don’t get this product read

After purchasing the watch got the app
Signed the initial contract they made me sign a whole new contract in order to get into my watch again and then today they made me sign a new contract on the app to get into my watch (which is already paid for) so a watch I already own apparently I’m not aloud to see how many steps I take or know what myPulse rate is because The watch is mine but the info on the watch on my realist of my body is their property.
(if you read the fine print of the document they make you sign in order to turn your phone back on you’ll see it states that)
    Enjoy your day
I think I’m gonna go back to my Apple Watch

  • App doesn’t work

Got the watch as a gift. Love the watch. The app? It’s useless. No matter what account I put in it says that the password is not accepted. It also says that there is already an account. I’ve even created three original emails and it still says the account exists. I’m not an app developer, but it would seem to me if you know what you’re doing you could sort this sort of thing out. In the meantime the watch is useless for half the year because the time is off by an hour and there’s no way to adjust it.

  • Fix Bugs!

Very reasonably priced watch… Looks very similar to the Apple Watch in my opinion… Has the basic functions that I need… Unfortunately, when you connect the watch to your phone app a window for a four digit ‘prompt’ that is just nonexistent…. Pops up periodically. There’s no way to get the four digit prompt. I’ve read about this online I don’t know why this problem hasn’t been repaired. It’s happened once a month so that I have to delete the app and then reload it… Any suggestions would be helpful from anyone reading this!!

  • Great App with potential

Been using this for about 3 months now. I have used a similar product before, but it didn’t have the same interface. I like that it notifies you when your heart rate goes up. I would suggest a journal option for people with anxiety to be able to track possible triggers. All in all, it’s been very useful in understanding why mindset can affect health in a measurable way. It’s a great tool for people trying to quit smoking or the like or even dealing with pain and depression. Great job.

  • Sleep Tracking is way off

I like the watch so far, but my only concern is how inaccurate the sleep data is. I have a hard time to get a good night sleep and the first night with this watch I ended up sleeping eight hours straight…What? I wish. I haven’t slept eight straight hours without waking up since I was a teenager. I usually wake 4-5 times a night, but for some odd reason this the watch omitted all the times I woke up and said that I had an excellent sleep night. Since I also had my Fitbit on my other wrist and sleep tracking on the Fitbit is quite accurate I was actually awake for 1 hour and my total sleep was less than 7 hours. If the developer of this app can fix the sleep tracking issue the watch will be great.

  • Half satisfied with the watch; don’t care about the app.

I knew that the watch would be junk when I bought it because it was so cheap. I just wanted a watch face that would tell me the time, date and day of the week. Only the fitness watches display all of that. The watch displays nothing until you tap it or sometimes when you twist your wrist. You never know which face will appear when you tap it. The displays vary from strange to ugly. I have not been able to find a way to download or install a more attractive face.
I like being alerted and seeing a part of any text message incoming.
Mostly I like the magnetic wrist strap for it’s easy on/off feature.
So I didn’t waste a lot of money on this experiment.

  • Very disappointed

I bought this smart watch because I desperately needed all the possible alarms and the countdown timer for a very specific medication regimen. The countdown alarm vibrates 3 times and shuts off so if I happen to fall asleep I do not feel the alarm because it is so weak. I need to be able to adjust the strength of the alarm and I need to be able to turn off the alarm instead of it shutting off after 3 vibrations. It would also be nice to know what each of the settings do so a real instruction guide would be useful. It would also be nice to be able to pick which apps are displayed and what the display looks like. I would also love to know the other apps that can be attached to this app and watch but you apparently think it’s funny to open other apps then not list what’s available.

  • Does the CCP now have my health data?

While you could use this application in offline mode without ever registering or sending your data to the company that’s in charge of it (who knows if this is even based in the US), I find it strange and a bit racist that the app on launch asks for your skin color to “better monitor” your health.

It just seems like the quality of the application is questionable with regards to privacy and security policies.

Do you really want your private and personal health information to be sent to the CCP?
