Wonderful escape
This meditation is a wonderful escape from my day-to-day struggles. It allows you to use your imagination and having the different sounds and music only makes it seem real as if you were there. I recommend this to anyone and all you need to do is take time out of your day to have this experience.dj-starlight

I thought I was getting an App with short relaxations/meditations, but most of them I have to pay $5.99 for!

I used this app for the first time on a break at work. I have a few years of meditation experience so I can quickly visualize the lush scenes described. The experience is very tranquil and short enough for a work break time period! Please make more scenes!!! Test anxiety relief
I use this with my students before we take a test. The level of calmness and focus that it brings to students is amazing. Sometimes students just ask for mindfulness if they are having a rough day. It is great to see 12-14 year olds access the power of mindfulness.mrs. mcmurrin
