I love the app

Paying for this helps to hold me accountable. I love how I can switch up my yoga practice and track my progress. I am up to 5 days a week of yoga. When I feel I don’t have enough time in a day, I can also shorten the length of my practice.

Absolutely in love with this app!

I have tried lots of different apps for yoga but this is the one I enjoy using the most and always make my way back to. The instruction style helps remind me to stay in my body throughout. I like having the ability to customise the length of a session.

It’s alright

I thought that they made videos to help us learn but it turns out you need to pay for them and it’s just the poses how is it supposed to know how to do them properly.

First week and loving it already!

I’ve only started using this app for just about 4 days now and I look forward to my yoga time every single day now. At first, I thought the flow from each position felt rushed but as I’ve been using the app more I feel the flow is appropriate for the type of yoga I’m looking for. I didn’t think I could work up a sweat so fast in a short amount of time, so it’s definitely challenging my muscles and flexibility! I think this app is great for first time users as well as seasoned and experienced yogi :)

Yoga Wave

I have been using yoga wave since January. I appreciate the gradual progression of each course and can see noticeable difference to not only my body shape but also to strength and balance. I still have a long way to go but I’m confident Yoga Wave will get me there

Not what I expected, but I’m loving it

For some reason I thought beginners would be slow and movements explained. They aren’t. This was a shock at first, but the more classes I do, the less I rely on the video and just listen to what to do next.

I’ve always wanted to do yoga classes but due to my familial responsibilities, it isn’t an option. The sessions on this app have become the highlight of my day, something that is just for me. I can feel myself able to stretch further and feel better each day I do these sessions.

Great tailored to you yoga

Wonderful app that responds to what you want and gives clearer instructions on alignment than most face to face classes. Doing it every day for 30 minutes. Now can’t start the day without it.

Just what I needed - beginner

My friend referred me to this app to introduce me to yoga.
I find it has the right advice for me, a novice and beginner, advising me to start with 15 mins a day and to work up slowly. It’s excellent and I can’t wait to progress when my body is stronger and more flexible. Thank you for a great app!

Middle age

I am two weeks into this routine. In the past decade I’ve had injuries ranging from rattlesnake bite, broken bones, dislocated ankle, torn hamstring, etc. Needless to say my mobility has been limited and my balance and flexibility was awful. In just two weeks I have regained noticeable strength, balance and flexibility. I am excited to start my yoga session instead of dreading it. If I feel this much better in two weeks I can’t wait to see what I feel like in two months or two years!
