Shocking service
We booked a taxi with a baby seat at 9pm. It is 9.40pm now and the driver has not turned up - no one from rydo is responding and we cant even book another taxi as we need a taxi with a baby seat. DO NOT bother - use uber
Unreliable
You’d think with an app, Rydo would bring taxis into the 21st century aligning them with rideshare services. Unfortunately my first experience with the app, the taxi turned off its tracker, clearly completing nearby jobs and after calling when the taxi was 10 minutes late the driver dared me to cancel and was extremely difficult to hear over the passengers he already had in his car. People stopped using taxis because they couldn’t get it together and this app hasn’t changed any of that. Sorely disappointed and won’t be using again.

Fast and Reliable
I have used this app 3 times and it has never disappointed. I’ve compared the fare with Uber and each time I has worked out cheaper. The app is fast and easy to use. Great taxi app. Highly recommend

Easy to book and quick pick up! Tried this again after a bad experience. Latest version works so much better than the old.
Quick reliable service
Great taxi service, easy to use and track the driver with fares set up front. Especially love the London Cab experience. Seats an extra person and a little bit special for girls days out or special date when an ordinary ride won’t do.
Great taxi app!
I’ve used this app a few times and driver always comes quickly and I lock in and pre-pay a fixed price. So easy to use, definitely reccomend!
Best in the business
Not only are they prompt and show amazing customer service, but Rydo certainly go above and beyond to ensure customers are left satisfied. Use to use uber however after rydo experience and dealing with their drivers and level of service experienced, will never look at another service. Well done to the Rydo team, cannot go wrong.

Don’t use if you need a taxi
This app is junk - do not rely on it if you actually need a taxi. I booked 45 minutes before I wanted to travel and was told a taxi would be with me at the time booked.
That time came - app is still showing that they’re searching for a taxi for me. Call the help number and they tell me that they can see the booking, but the app isn’t working so I need to cancel and rebook.
...still waiting for my taxi 15 minutes later.
No wonder the Australian taxi industry is dying.

Doesn’t work with UK phone
The app repeatedly says invalid phone number. Well it works ok on Uber!
Sensible system but rubbish app
Taxi consolidation seem a sensible response to Uber. But the app presented by Rydo is basically unusable. Valid credit card accepted for registration but then cant’t be used for payment. Departure location changed when switching to fixed fare, ... the list goes on. If I wouldn’t have checked I would have been charged tomorrow morning for a trip from where I don’t even live. Booked for fixes fare but not honoured and charged metered price. On top of that the driver arrived 10 minutes after the precooked time. Get your act together Rydo! (Or Else everyone will be back to the local taxi companies).
