Cannot schedule a ride on the go
Unlike other ride share services, you cannot immediately schedule a ride. You need to wait one hour. Too many glitches too. Safr kept texting me the same text over and over. Also, I want to know my fate ahead of time. I couldn’t even deactivate my account because it kept asking me over and over to re-set my account. I don’t Uber alone. I was in Orlando and had to take one by myself so I signed up for Safr. Tried scheduling a ride and was told the nearest appointment was an hour from now. I canceled my trip and called an Uber. I was lucky and got a female driver. The Safr concept is a great idea but it did not work for me.Show lessBrady916

I decided to try out Safr to deliver food since some of the other delivery companies have been slow and disappointing. With Safr I got my food quickly and the app was very easy to use. Highly recommend!previs98

I got to use Safr when I was in Orlando and had a great experience. I’m so excited to see this company expanding its services to new cities, planning on using it again once it launches in my area.
You do need to check to make sure service is available where you are, I got in contact with customer service and they launch by city. Small but I will hang on to the app until I can use it.Show lessIKristinac

Don’t be fooled
What a joke! You sign up enter credit card info. Verify account and phone number. The. You book a ride like uber or Lyft.....and the driver never arrives! I think it’s only Boston but they never tell you that. Very dishonestkmjmgee
