Hello! Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback. Kindly note that it's possible to send 3 free faxes without a subscription. For further sending, we encourage our users to begin a three-day free trial subscription so they may evaluate the app before deciding to subscribe and see whether it meets their needs. During the free trial our users can send an unlimited number of faxes to more than 90 countries. Since the application also covers for fax-related expenses, we urge our users to subscribe. Hello! The "Delivered" status means that our system got a response from a remote fax machine. Unfortunately, our system cannot confirm if the document was successfully received (for example, the document may not be received due to connection or other issues). If you have any concerns, feel free to reach our support team at support@bpmobile.com
