Locked out of online banking
2nd time in one week to get locked out of online banking. Lilli helped me bot times and was very pleasant and quick. I so appreciate her in making sure my account stays safe! Thanks Lilli and CBC for hiring awesome staff!
Not very recent technology
Two things:
Please make it so that I can access all accounts with my name on them in one list. Right now I am able to see only the joint accounts I have with my husband. If I want to see the accounts I have w my daughter, I have to log out of one, and log in to another userid.
My accounts at Chase are all visible in a single login, although some are joint accts with husband and some are with one or the other of my two daughters. They somehow group all the accounts in a single list that displays in my app, likely by my social security number (regardless of who else is on the account w me). I like that I can all accounts in one list and I do not have to have separate userids for each ownership combo. They further allow me to nickname each account; another good thing that helps me keep things straight.
And second: please update your app to include fingerprint technology for logging in.

Love CBC Bank would never change to another very friendly , always helpful just wish we could have a program toget our credit score
Bill paying
Why does the screen get smaller after the bill paying screen comes up. At first itβs bigger then gets smaller. This drives me crazy.

I recently had someone try to get into my account and they disabled it for me so no one else can get in and they changed it and helped me so quickly!! Customer service is wonderful! Would highly recommend
Sufficient
Not crazy about this app. Iβve been in the Internet banking business from the provider side, and find this site cumbersome. For example, the the bill pay portion of this site is far from intuitive. Iβd like to have my spouse be able to use it in case of an emergency, but she constantly stumbles when I try to show her. My plan was to move all our accounts here, but Iβm just going to stay with Chase for now, simply because their banking site is very intuitive and easy to use.

Does Everything I Need
This app allows me to transfer funds from one account to another. Deposit checks directly without needing to go in person. Check loans rates, and handle multiple accounts.
