Crappy bill pay on iPad, etc.

Bill pay was nice, before you “fixed” it
Would like to print statements without using a pc. Security fix?

As things change they seem to get worse. Are you using real member inputs or people whose job it is just to make changes?

eStatement issue

You cannot save eStatement .pdf file to iPhone through app. You do not get option to save. Therefore, I have to log into website in order to get a prompt to save.

Other than that, the app is great!

Slow on Mobile

Trying to view a statement from last month and it took forever to pop up. I actually went on my Computer and got it done faster.

Terrible

I’ve been with CBC bank since my 20s I think. I’m 51 now. The first iteration of your online banking was far superior to the current one. The bill pay is horrible. It used to be so much more intuitive and phone friendly. It just keeps getting worse, it seems. What happened to the way I could pay my bills 6-months to a year ago? That page with the list of payees? Now there’s the one that doesn’t even fit on your phone screen and you can’t view all of the payments you’re scheduling with the total?I’m not sure how to describe what I’m talking about- I just know I used to love the way it worked, and it just keeps getting worse. I honestly think about changing banks because of it...

Not user friendly

Not user friendly! Especially when you have more than one checking account from where you make payments. It’s impossible to figure out which account I’m using to pay which bills. I went to the branch to try to get help and they had the same issue. I hope they fix this!

Worthless

I haven’t been able to view my credit card information through the app for about the last 6 months. It just states “error has occurred”. So, if I want to pay my credit card bill or check the balance I have to call into the bank or the automated system. What’s the point of having the app if I have to call in every time? I hope they realize this is an issue and fix it soon because this is getting annoying.

Great bank app

Easy to use and never had any issues with it. One thing I’d say is, why did the Pay My Bill shortcut taken away? That was convenient for fast bill pay.

It’s never been so easy to access my banking information. I love it! I can easily transfer money, deposit checks, and monitor my accounts while on the go.

Unsatisfactory Service

I’ve never been this dissatisfied since BOA. We waited for almost a month to receive our debit cards. It turns out the representative who opened our account did not took care of the paperwork. In addition to injury, we had to wait over the weekend to get our online banking enrollment up and running. It also turned out that another representative did not sent the complete proper links to follow. Their service is unapologetic, incompetent, and unreliable versus other Federal Credit Unions. It was a mistake opening an account with them. Yes, we are jumping ship very soon.
