Reservations in three part.
When coming to the M6 App and attempting to review my reservation that are coming up I have to scroll through a lot of the reservations that were canceled before I can see the ones that I’m looking for. So in reservations it should be section off by 3 categories. Coming/Canceled/Past. Ty for listening this idea.

Extended stay
I’m pretty sure his name is Billy. He was working the day of September 7th he was super sweet and showing me how to book the right room I’ve been booking wrong. He was super energetic and super happy to help as well as if we needed anything to come straight to him. We have never had an issue staying here as we also have 2 animals and haven’t had issues with them at all. Cleaning is done amazingly and swiftly. Never had an issue with phone or tv. So 5 stars for him as well as the hotel

A wonderful place to stay
OMG, the ladies at the front desk, Miss Faith and Miss Marlene, and we can’t forget about Shea. These ladies went above and beyond. This Motel is very clean housekeeping does a wonderful job. I haven’t slept so good in a long time specially, staying at a motel the beds are comfortable. The pillows are awesome. You don’t have to worry about anything staying here. I just want to thank motel six with the wonderful three ladies at the front desk dinky motel six with these great three wonderful ladies you have working here like I said, Miss Faye is awesome. She helped me out, so did Miss Marlene and Shea three awesome workers you got their motel six

Questionable
I have stayed at several Motel 6 inns but this is my first Studio 6 In Murray. First off I booked a non-smoking but the room stunk like smoke and the bed spreads had burn marks in them. Oh well no problem…tried to turn on TV and remote doesn’t work…great called desk and he said bring the remote over and he will fix that. Half hour later and remote finally shows back. The web page says coffee maker in room. Don’t know what room but not in 209. The entry carpet pad has a corner lifting up so let’s just duck tape it to the floor, that will work. It has been that way a long time cause the tape has peeled up and dirt has stuck to it. I could go on but I think you get the idea. Probably NEVER book another Motel 6 or Studio 6 again. Quality has gone to the dogs!

When travelling from Canada by car I enjoy M6 good value and clean.
Helpful and Patient Tea
From the first day of check-in I have felt very comfortable as if I were home. The team of employees are so friendly and welcoming. People experience life altering events without notice leaving them feeling alone and helpless. The team were so accommodating and patient with me while at different times throughout my stay I had to pay by the night. Without having to explain about my own personal tragedy they showed me compassion and kindness. That is the kind of establishment that I will never forget and that stands out amongst all others. If you find yourself traveling through South Jersey in need of accommodation, look for Motel 6 in Williamstown, you won’t regret it!

Very easy to book
Simple and fast!
Im going to travel in a week or so and decided to try out this company. I decided to download the app since I usually have an easier time with them compared to websites and I was not disappointed. Sign-up took no more than 3 minutes and booking was just as quick, give or take another minute. Definitely recommend!

App great, Stay horrible
So the App is great, doesn’t matter much when you pay $123 for one night and get a handicap room….. that has he TV full blast when I get in with no remote to turn it off or down, an extremely loud AC that blows out nothing but hot air ……. And the shower cold as ice…… I want my money back honestly….
