Where is the preferred rate?
I usually book using the website but I downloaded the app because it said you offer preferred rates to logged in app users. But I just made the same booking on the app and was given the same rate that I got online. I prefer the online interface to the app interface for comparing properties in the same town. Am I missing something? Why do I not get a preferred rate booking with the app

Ok stay!!
I enjoyed my stay. The room I had was a smoking room as I am a smoker and I was fine with the room. Even though I smoke the smell of the smoke in the room was a bit strong I went out and bought my own air freshener for my nights stay. Just needed to tone down the smell a little.
Request
On the app we used to be able to put a request and there was a check box if we had dogs. This was a nice feature as I have a bad hip and could request a down stairs room and the front desk already knew I had dogs so they could give us a room nearer the dog potty area.

Our GO TO getaway stay- cation place!!!
My family of 3 - me/husband/daughter& 2 dogs...- frequently go to our local Motel6 hotels just to feel like we are getting away!!
We stay a couple nights - swim and relax and just enjoy being away from home!!
We have stayed at almost all of the north San Diego area 6’s and some a little more south and inland!
We always have excellent service - from front desk - through housekeeping- and anything that comes up!!!
Super reasonable prices...
And the best part - is our pets are NEVER An issue... our two dogs are as much family as the rest of us. It is so great to be able to have them be part of our ‘getaways’ !!

This App is complete crap!
I can’t find any of my reservations and it continually asks me to sign in again, or update my password.
This has been such an ongoing problem, I just deleted the stupid thing!

Rubbish app
Nothing but trouble trying to log in or register. Zip codes and phone numbers for foreign countries don't work. Really crap. Deleted after 5 minutes unsuccessfully trying to register.

Doesn't work for Motels in Canada!
Although it does work for motel 6 locations in the United States it displays Canadian motel 6 units as being all full. Really? Fix this and you might get a higher rating for your app!,!

My 6 app missing key features!
Beware: any reservations you have made via the Motel 6 website on your laptop, will fail to show up under upcoming reservations in the new my6 app. I phoned Motel 6 customer support tonight, and told them this was a serious deficiency. Neither can you see past reservations using the new app, as you are able to do if you login to the Motel 6 or my6 websites.
