Very bad experience with online orders - stay away
I have purchased items online and 2 were delivered broken. Also purchased a mattress and returned it, but after pickup it got lost. When I asked for exchange of broken item, it takes forever to get refund or pickup. Every time I call, they tell me they are sending an email to someone to get this solved and nothing happens. It is all ghosting. A courier service showed up one time and realized the car was too small so he couldn’t take the item. I keep trying to reschedule the pickup and nothing is happening. So I have lost 2000 SAR from lost mattress and another 700 SAR from broken mirror that they don’t want to pick up.Poor app and no customer service
By far one of the worst companies I have seen in regard to customer service. In this case it’s extremely hard to get a refund if not impossible. The app refuses to load and is stuck on an error screen. If you try to call in they tell you they will send an email to a manager and to call back in a few days. Then have no record of your issue! First time customer and was the last time ill ever shop there.Customer service
I would like to say that the customer service in homecenter is very very bad. And if there’s less that 1star I would put for you!
One month to receive a call or an answer for my damage item that I have received after many calls to the customer service hotline.
I will tell all my friends about how bad is my experience with you guys.
