  • Needs improvement

I do a lot of traveling, the app only uses your current time zone to display past sleep data, which is very confusing. Unfortunately, AutoSleep does not have a built-in option to lock your sleep data to the time zone of the location where you slept. I hope the developers can improve this.
  • AutoSleep-a key performance tool

I’ve been using AutoSleep for about 3 years on an Applewatch 3 & 4. My partner used it on her Applewatch 5. With a very active ADHD brain and an equally active body I rely on AutoSleep to manage short, medium and long term trends in sleep duration, quality, physical readiness (HRV, bpm, breathing rate). I adjust to those trends at all scales, always looking for opportunities to improve my sleep, long established as my principal wellbeing component. Top marks.

  • Autosleep App

I have been using Autosleep now for a couple of months. As someone who suffers from Insomnia, it really helps to track my sleeping habits and understand whats happening around that may disturb my sleep. Also to track the quality of my sleep. Great App would highly recommend as a tool to use to help be in charge of your health.

  • Best sleep app ever

I have tried every sleep app out there to see if I am missing something, with varying degree of disappointment. I keep coming back to AUTOSLEEP. It works great with my APPLE watch and iPhone. I have had insomnia since I was 10 years old (60 years in September). I am also working with a sleep physician and AUTOSLEEP works seamlessly with his instructions and I have reports to give to him so he can monitor my progress and make adjustments to my sleep instructions as warranted. On a daily basis I can monitor my own progress and make my own adjustments also. I have made so much progress thanks to AUTOSLEEP. I am now sleeping 6-7 hours each night instead of the 2-3 hours I used to sleep. I am spending less time in bed to get that sleep also. I am only waking up 0-1 times at night instead of the 6-7 times I used to wake up. The time I am awake during the awakening has decreased from 60+ minutes each time to less than 5 minutes each time. I am still working on my falling asleep time but it is all coming together and improving. I no longer feel like a zombie during the day. I don’t fall asleep during the day or take naps. I have been using AUTOSLEEP for over 10 years and I intend to keep using it so I feel confident that my sleep is where I want it to be. Thank you AUTOSLEEP.

  • Surprised and glad

I’m not a review writer type but this I must review as I am gladly surprised and the insight this app gives me about my sleep and quality of sleep I get. It’s a bit overwhelming to start with but then makes s nose the more I used it. Nice to also have records to show relevant others (as I do shift work). It helps me manage my sleep-wake health which is the foundation for overall wellness.

  • The only app I use every day!

Many things I love about this app! One flat fee - no constant in-app purchases is at the top. How well it works and integrates with Apple Health is another. Through trial and error, I have figured out that the minimum sleep I need to feel good and alert ALL day is 7.5 hours, though 8 is even better. So that my minimum set up on my Apple Health app. And this app helps me track that, and any deficits or credits. It’s the first thing I look at in the morning - and it sets the stage for the whole day.

Another thing I really like is that this developer does not use any of our data whatsoever. That is rare these days, and make me recommend this app to as many people as I can.

Through using this app I now know (and can feel it) when I haven’t had enough deep sleep, even if the overall hours have hit the minimum. Similarly, when I dream a lot, I can see how extensive my REM sleep has been. I’m over 70 years old, and in great health, and was never one with regular, and “good” sleep habits. But now I realize that good sleep is what keeps me going, and I have enough mental acuity and physical stamina to continue with a mentally taxing part time job!! And this app is a big part of that. What a good diet is to the body, sleep is for the mind!

  • Lights off widget gone

I always activate lights off from iphone home screen widget. Since yesterday's update this widget has been replaced by a completely pointless info panel, a complete waste of time as this info and more can simply be accessed by opening the app. Of course the developer thinks it knows best and has given no option to chose - not happy! The app is generally good, although there are some small niggles e.g. the readiness and fuel change from previous day does not always reflect the actual change; for me, what is most frustrating is the so called trends which are just a rolling 28 days; this is not a trend, a trend is useful only when several months of data can be analysed. Overall the app is good and has richer features than the standard Apple sleep tracker, and it detects sleep outside of a "sleep focus" which is good, the sleep tracking is quite accurate and the readiness score is also good Overall I am happy but the removal of the useful lights off feature is a negative point otherwise would have been 4 stars as the developer has the opportunity to improve the trend analysis which remains the apps main weak point.

Update: developer has added the lights off toggle back to the iphone homescreen, I have got used to doing from watch now, but it is nice the developers are listening to their customers, I added the extra star and would recommend this app.

  • A Comprehensive App well done

I have been using this app for 3-4 years now and it gives a wealth of information. Your sleep pattern at a glance with many important details like deep sleep and more. You get used to seeing your sleep quality and it is easy to know how to improve it. You would miss this app if it was not available!

  • Thank you.

This app, while it has some features I can think of it should have, a lesser feature deserving of more attention, and features that stand out has changed the way we can study sleep relatively well by ourselves through creativity and innovation, the app along with some of its partner apps that all work synergistically. For instance, by watching sleep patterns and correlating memories I was able to deduce that caffeine after 4pm effects how much REM sleep I get. My wife and I found an interesting correlation through her data also. It wasn’t a massive find but now she knows on days not working I still need to burn calories and we came down to a step measurement. As long as she take 8500 steps a day and gets on average 2 hours more of “quality” sleep than if she has not walked that much. (Walking is just an arbitrary measurement. You’re just looking for something you can measure to do whatever exercise you want that burns the amount of calories my wife needs to burn by doing 8500 steps. But don’t focus on steps. For you it could be doing 37 squats at $&@? number is the amount of energy you need to exert to gain a significant effect of a stronger and longer stage of sleeping.

  • Gets worse with every update

I stupidly installed the latest update a couple of days ago now my sleep tracking is wrecked got up started walking around and it started registering sleep I went through the adjustment settings and I couldn't adjust it because all the sleep was just a complete mess I don't know what they've done to this app but it just isn't what it was it's a mess despite the good reviews most of which I think I probably fake Yes again the bug still exists where when time goes forward within the UK I don't know if it happens in any other countries. The watch starts to show very strange sleep times. Now when I wake up it shows into the future that haven't even happened yet that you were actually awake sometimes three or four hours. This bugs existed for a very long time and the developers failed to fix it. So every time the clocks go forward or backwards the app becomes redundantly useless. I've decided now that with the Apple Watch sleep track in the best thing to do is just just not use this app at all. It's a waste of time and is no longer relevant. Just to add just to be sure it was a bug on this device. I uninstalled this app and then reinstalled it again and now Sunday is missing. It's actually not showing in the top part of the app where the days of the week are Lol Telescope
