One Time Purchase Well Worth It

As someone who has tried numerous sleep-tracking apps, many requiring costly subscriptions, I can confidently say that AutoSleep is unmatched in both accuracy and value. The app leverages the Apple Watch’s sensors to provide detailed insights into sleep stages, including deep sleep, light sleep, and awake times, which align closely with my personal experiences. Unlike subscription-based apps, AutoSleep offers all its features with a single, modest one-time purchase, making it both cost-effective and powerful.

Many five-star reviews echo my sentiments, praising its precision, user-friendly interface, and life-improving insights. Users have highlighted how the app has helped them take control of their sleep habits, even aiding in medical contexts. Its ability to track disrupted sleep and naps adds to its versatility, offering a level of detail that other apps lack.

Compared to native or subscription-based alternatives, AutoSleep consistently delivers richer data and more actionable insights. For anyone seeking a reliable and affordable sleep-tracking solution, AutoSleep is an exceptional choice that proves you don’t need to pay recurring fees for premium quality.

Auto is key

I have adhd, I forget a lot, auto sleep starts and stops automatically and I dont have to remember to set it. And sleep has the highest impact on managing my adhd and dis-regulation being able to see we’re in at for the last 7 days without having to remember when or how long I slept for is fantastic.

Stopped working

Was working great and I. Enjoyed it. Then completely stopped working. Shuts down as soon as I open it sad

It’s good, BUT…

I like how it tracks the sound levels but it’s gotten very inaccurate - for example, it said I was asleep until past 11am today, when I actually got up at 6:10. I’ve had to remove it as a source for my other apps just because of how off it’s become.

I DO appreciate how there’s no subscription, though!

Had to delete it

I’ve used this app for a number of years until this Fall when it decided to run its own program. Too many weird readings. I came here hoping to find a more recent update but not yet. So I remain at the mercy of Apple Sleep Focus and SleepCycle which records sounds.

Doesn’t open anymore

The app hasn’t opened for a few weeks now. Please fix it so I can use it and update my rating. The app is usuel and easy to use when it can open.

I love this app but it doesn't work anymore

I have used this app for ages and have been paying for it. But now every time I try to open the app after the last update it crashes.
And they’ve never provided any responses as to how to fix it

Very unreliable and inaccurate, waste of money

I had high hopes for this app, but sadly I’ve given up with it, some days it seems fairly accurate and others it is an absolute mile off. I have the health app and also a Fitbit to track my sleep to compare the three, those two are usually very similar and total sleep is usually within 2-5 minutes of each other with very similar sleep and wake times. AutoSleep however is just miles off! When the health app and Fitbit say I had 6 hours 10 minutes sleep AutoSleep tells me I had 3 hours 15 minutes for example, and had me waking bang on 5am when I woke up at 5:50am due to my alarm going off. Another example I was awake for a few hours during the night which the Apple health app showed, but AutoSleep said I was only awake for 16 minutes, I was getting my baby to sleep multiple times of more than that. You have to continually adjust and calibrate it but the options it gives are just way off too and cannot match awake times I know I was awake. Support told me to turn off the phone detection for waking which then shows me being asleep for 10 hours for example when I know that’s impossible. I’ve had this for 2 months and it is so inconsistent I just cannot trust it. I’d save your money as I think this app is a bit of a gimmick to be honest.

Gets worse with every update

I stupidly installed the latest update a couple of days ago now my sleep tracking is wrecked got up started walking around and it started registering sleep I went through the adjustment settings and I couldn't adjust it because all the sleep was just a complete mess I don't know what they've done to this app but it just isn't what it was it's a mess despite the good reviews most of which I think I probably fake Yes again the bug still exists where when time goes forward within the UK I don't know if it happens in any other countries. The watch starts to show very strange sleep times. Now when I wake up it shows into the future that haven't even happened yet that you were actually awake sometimes three or four hours. This bugs existed for a very long time and the developers failed to fix it. So every time the clocks go forward or backwards the app becomes redundantly useless. I've decided now that with the Apple Watch sleep track in the best thing to do is just just not use this app at all. It's a waste of time and is no longer relevant. Just to add just to be sure it was a bug on this device. I uninstalled this app and then reinstalled it again and now Sunday is missing. It's actually not showing in the top part of the app where the days of the week are Lol
