Good just a tad bit slow
Every function works for me well so in the practicality for it it’s perfect. The only thing is the ui and menu changes to each AC is just a tad bit slow not worst it’s not like I’m sitting there for 5 minutes but it’s still just a small enough delay to be just a tad bit annoyed. But other than that it’s perfect essentially.

Plus facile
Après plusieurs mise à jour, l’application est devenue plus facile. J’aime beaucoup la programmation pour les horaires de fonctionnement, surtout l’hiver.

Definitely the worst iPhone app I’ve ever come across very clunky hard to use even though it seems and should be simple it will not Connect no matter what I do. I’ve had this air-conditioner in the caravan for 2 1/2 years only managed to have it Connect on a couple of occasions only for it to disconnect and have to reset and just will not reset. terrible app!!

Always disconnects. Can’t have more than one phone controller
Pretty useless app and a waste of our money adding the wifi unit. The app is constantly disconnecting which means we also can’t rely on the timers as they don’t work if it’s not connected. Also, can only have it on one persons phone - if we both try use the same login and logs the other person out. And if we try invite other users it also doesn’t work. Quite disappointed.

Works for my needs
This is what I have at the lake house. I can adjust the temperature before I arrive. I can change it after I leave if I forget. Never had any issues unless the internet is down and I just have to wait for it to come back up. Sure more features would be awesome but it works for me.

U can easly add. But after adding 2 or 3 units unable to connect acs. The always go to offline mode automatically and no matter how many times u refresh the app by scrolling down. They sometimes detect one ac then another or zero ac

Impossible to add region to profile
When adding a region, the app does not save it. I am in a constant loop of selecting my region, seeing a blue checkmark and nothing happening. Going back erases my selection. It’s impossible to add a device because of this. Really really bad design and this bug makes this app useless.
Unreliable and there is a lack of support
The air conditioners often lose the connection and it’s extremely difficult to get them to reconnect at times. The app itself has a feedback section where you can submit questions that no one ever answers.
The app also lacks some basic functionality like being able to set up simple rules to trigger events that exist in even the cheapest home automation solutions.

Fonctionne bien seulement un petit problème
Utilise pour 2 thermopompes et tout fonctionne bien sauf que presque à tout les semaines il fait que je remettre mon mot de passe
