Very Disappointed- cannot recommend
I misplaced my password and the password reset process does not work. Gree tech support (email only) and my installer were no help. I was forced to create a new account using a different email address. The app cannot display the current temperature of the room it only displays the set temperature. If you sign in with a second phone, the first phone gets signed out with a security warning. My wife stopped using it for this reason. I will never buy another Gree product.Show lessAlarm Guy Atlanta

Overall not bad need few improvement
I am happy with the app and it works as expected. Just the UI need some improvements
For example
1- option for scenes need ability to move options. And unless you use it few times you always endup clicking home or away
2- my devices option need some kind of sorting ability. My most user unit was added first and now it's all the way on the bottom.

Settings don’t remain after saved
Thought I select “English” and also select “save” a portion of a units settings appear in Chinese.
I go back into settings, select English, save, and it’s fine- for awhile. Then the process starts again.
PLEASE CORRECT THIS GLITCH

Unable to select wifi, useless
I can reset and get all the way up to the point where it wants me to select my wifi network… but it doesn’t allow me to select anything. So there’s no way for me to set up my unit for wifi usage. Absolute trash.Xxlilsirenxx
Don’t they try using the app on iPhone XS!
How smart does one have to be? I download and then have to sign up for an Acct. I use a iPhone XS, once i completed the sign up info with the last item is a password, not able to check the terms box and complete the registration. This is due to a Facebook and Apple logo appearing above the submit box for sign-up. Only choice is to either select Facebook or Apple to sign up. how ridiculous!Show lessBP001007
Old review and emails and no progress yet!!
The old version is much better with easy and friendly interface. Used to have more options for the wind directions, and the ability for external air intake!!! Bring both back, or the old interface and icons.04.aom
Average at best
Keeps disconnecting from system and wifi. App is not really user friendly. You will need to experiment to figure things out. It’s worth downloading for very basic app functions. I can’t connect to 3 of 4 of my systems right now.OrthoPT
Excellent product!!
I run an Airbnb. If I’m not home, this app helps me stay connected with my device. In short notice, I’m able to turn on the AC from wherever I’m at. So convenient!dodgerblue1028
