  • I’d give it negative stars if I could

    For a mere $50 per mini-split I added wi-if control to my two 4 zone units. What did I get for my $400? Units that will not communicate with the cloud half the time and an app that is nearly unusable. Wanna set timers so the units automatically change when your kids or guests leave? Well, you can’t. Still not improved or even fixed.

    تجربة غير جيدة من أول استخدام للتطبيق قبل ثلاث سنوات وحتى الآن والتجربة غير جيدة ولم يتحسن التطبيق ولم تتغير واجهة الاستخدام ومشاكله وأعطاله أكثر من الاستفادة منه فهو يحذف مكيفات تم إضافتها من نفسه وكثير التعليق والتهنيق وطريقة إضافة جهاز جديد تأخذ الكثير من الوقت ولا تنجح إلا بعد عدة محاولات

    Not a good experience from the first use of the application three years ago until now and the experience is not good and the application has not improved and the user interface and its problems and malfunctions have not changed more than benefit from it. several attempts

  • No Good in California

    I can’t get this to work in California. When I enter a user name as art of the sign in process I get a message that I can’t use special symbols, only letters in the name, which is what I was entering in the first place.

    It will also not allow me to select North as my location.

    Too many bugs!
  • Disconnects sometimes

    Quite frequently it shows to be disconnected but in reality has transmitted the signal and has operated correctly.
  • Worst app on the planet!!!

    I have been using the GREE+ app for about a year and a half. I have found it to be by far the worst app I have ever used. It is unstable, frequently disconnecting from my mini split system, and in spite of following the directions, it has issues connecting my mini split system to the network. Although GREE claims that upgrades to the app have been made, from a user perspective, that does not seem to be the case. I would think that a company like GREE could do better than this. I am very disappointed that after having a new mini split system professionally installed that it cannot be reliably controlled through a WiFi connection and the GREE+ app.

  • System functionality is terrible.

    The Gree mini split seems to have a mind of its own. I set it and it runs fun for a few hours but then I find it’s still cooling or heating past the set point. Also on auto it is supposed to have a factory set range of 68 - 77, meaning it will automatically keep it in that range by heating up to 68 and cooling if above 77. The remote temp setting is supposedly disabled. That is not the case and it will heat it up even if it’s in that range.

  • Worst app I have ever used

    This is terrible It will not let u put in manually your information on the sign up screen . It makes u use your Apple ID info Then when you try to connect it to Alexa platform your password and login doesn’t exist !!! Worst app I have ever used Not place to change passwords ur stuck with what ever it’s set to at sign up!!! 0 stars in my book!

  • Could be better

    It's pretty handy and works well. Could be better. A lot better.
  • Not great! Needs work!

    The app requires you to dumb down your Wi-Fi security settings on 2.4 ghz to work. Will not work with 5ghz Wi-Fi. Can’t figure out how to invite a family member. Can’t use app in conjunction with remote being that remote has no backward feedback from Wi-Fi. App does function if ya fiddle with it enough, but is not at all user friendly! Needs work to really be good.
