After the last update it stopped detecting the device
It used to work, despite asking for the password too often but after the last update it says “no connection, check wifi/region”. I haven’t changed anything, just updated it.larry_

Saudi Arabia is not supported
The app has a lot of problems it does not work the iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone XS Max
I have an iPhone 7 and it works fine I have tried to contact customer support many times with no response also Saudi Arabia is not supported in the country region.
Additional review after 1 year of waiting they fixed the issue and now the app is working for every phone including iPhone Xmax and iPhone 7 Plus but still Saudi Arabia is not supported.Show lessTalal3005
Will Not Connect
Have tried this app and even the EWPE app and neither will connect to our new AC despite having a router 5ft away and trying connect in same room. Even made a special new network with all the specified options if fails to connect and still will not. North America region if that matters. Absolutely useless.Show lessbanders2680
Good but needs improvements
Its setup is easy. Though, the working distance from the wifi is not good. Besides, the app doesn’t show the ambient temperature so you can adjust to your liking. It’s a very needed feature specially when I want to check the home ambient temp while away to decide to turn On or Off the Air Conditioner.Show lessMohamed Al-Hassan
Timer function its not working anymore
I used to set my ac to turn off at night and turn on the next day every day in the mornin but now it gets stuck at loading

Worthless App
This app is completely worthless, it I could rate it zero or negative stars I would. Usually get a network times out error or overall crash. Even on the rare occasion that it does work the functionality is so slow and limited. The only timer you can set is to turn a unit on or off. What’s worse is I spent money buying the module for the system without looking at this app first. What a waste of time and money.Show lessbrekfastb

Nice blend of IoT it works as expected.
Next update shall be able to show current room temperature as we get it by pressing TEMP button on the remote control

Basic app - Wish there were more features
The app connects and functions for our single Gree indoor unit. Since the controller is not a programmable thermostat, I was hoping this app would do that; it does not. It can set on and off times but no corresponding temperatures can be set. Also, I haven’t seen any integration with Nest or other whole house systems to help maintain an efficient running house. It would be great if the WiFi unit could connect to Nest or another piece of hardware directly so that a wired connection wouldn’t have to be made to a remote thermostat.Show lessjoshuatrumpet
Connection Loss for Days
The app has always been slow but it’s now been 3 days where I am unable to connect to the network. Tried uninstalling and now I can’t even sign in to the app. Pretty embarrassing performance for such a simple app. Thought this might be isolated but now I see lots of reviews regarding the same issue every month or so.Show less75299253
