VERY BAD SERVICE

Very bad service. I sent money through this means because the application said that in two hours the person would receive it and I have been waiting for almost 24 hours for my money to be released. It appears pending every time I check. They have sent me a text message where they send a link to verify my data and a phone number to call in case I have questions. I called and they put me on hold for 45 minutes on the first call and for an hour and 10 minutes on the second call. Then a recording came out that all their advisors were busy that I should leave my phone number and that as soon as one was available they would call me. It has been 5 hours and they still haven't called me. I wrote via chat and they didn't respond to me, the chat window closed due to inactivity, I sent an email where I sent a screenshot that I had already carried out all the steps in the link they had sent me and I still haven't had my situation resolved. I ask that they please resolve it or return my money. Because when you make these types of transactions, it's not so that they keep your money for days or that they don't respond to your calls, text messages or emails. The truth is that for me it has been a bad service. I'm waiting for them to solve my problem. Thank you.

Could be 5 stars except that…

Overall, the app is good, however on February 25, I shared the referral link with my niece and she made a money transfer of $150 which I was supposed to get $25 for the referral and I never got it. It’s been a month now I’ve emailed twice, I’ve called customer service twice and I still haven’t gotten the credit. At this point it’s not about the money, it’s about principle. I’ve referred people on other apps and get the money immediately after the person has used my link except with this company. Asking customers to refer friends for a reward and not keeping your word is bad business.

Great app

Boss app has been the number 1 app that I use to send money to my family. I trust this app because when I need an answer or any kind of help, I can chat with an Agent and receive a prompt response from them. For me it’s the best app with the best fee and rates. I have been using Boss more than 3 years and won’t regret it. Thank you for your excellent support and service! I forgot to mention, it is an excellent platform to add funds to phones. Pre-Good

As a customer of 2yrs I will say using the app has been good I did what it had to do as ensuring that all my transactions get to my family or direct recipients. The reason am giving it pre-Good is because for some months now, I have not be able to send any money to family cause anytime I try the transactions will be cancelled for reasons I don’t understand…the only good thing is your money still remains even when the transaction is cancelled.I thought maybe my account was hacked or something so I called it took forever for support to talk to me and when support finally came I explained the issue but got no tangible response and said they checking 🤦🏽‍♀️. I said maybe it’s the app I erased it, redownload the app changed the card I was using still nothing…. I recently tried to send money it didn’t work. I mean as a customer I needed to at least get a notification to tell if my account was blocked or banned? Cause it’s frustrating when you can’t help your loved ones and trust an app you have been using.

Something wrong with the payment

I was using the app por a couple months, I was so happy with this because when you send money is really fast, but since January I can’t send more money, always when I put my card and send for pay and send the payment it say that something is wrong with the payment try again, and I try multiple times and always is the same, I remove my card and put again but isn’t work, and this is not just happened to me, I have a friend that she also send money to Colombia (just like me) and since January appear the same when she try to send money, and we tired to try so many times and we tried send money in other ways but is not easy and we really like the app, but we don’t know what happened, hopefully someone can help us

Worst customer service

First time using this app. It was recommended to me so I could send money to Honduras .was sending money to a church. After I filled out the app registered and sent the money. I got a confirmation that the request was on. Hold for review. A day later customer service calls me has the representatives speaks , broken English asked to verify the account, my name my address, where I was sending the money to who is sending the money to. What was the purpose of sending the money. Then the question got weird. Do I have family in that country? I stated that the money was going to church . After that she hung up 15 minutes later I got the my transaction was canceled or service waited over two hours finally spoke to a representative who told me I am in eligible to use this app. Could not give me any explanation as I could not use the app. When I tried to log into the app it says I am eligible to access and it gives me an error forbidden access. This is the worst app ever. Not sure what their gripe is they didn’t believe the truth or they don’t like churches. BEWARE you

Love it

I love this app, im able to send money to help people in challenging situations who live in areas that it would be really hard to get money to without an app like this! It is Simple to use, and very user friendly!

I have been able to help literally thousands of people in Cameroon and in Peru because of this app!! It has helped build soccer fields and bring safe drinking water to children, it has helped pay for schools and for funerals.. it’s been an absolute answer to prayer.

Worst costumer service

Very rude costumer service representatives, they will not give you answers nor solutions to your doubts. They canceled a transaction and called me to inform me I asked why and they said I don’t know I’m just in charge of calling and notifying you and they hanged up. Contacted them and they said it was canceled and that’s all they could tell me. Will never be using this app ever again. Teach your staff manners.

Cancelaron una transacción y me llamaron para informarme pregunté por qué y me dijeron no sé yo solo me encargo de llamarte y avisarte y colgaron. Los contacté y dijeron que estaba cancelado y eso es todo lo que pudieron decirme. Nunca más usaré esta aplicación. Enseñe modales a su personal.

A few thoughts

This app requires access to your location data every time you try to make a transaction which in my opinion is a bit invasive but I can understand how one might justify it. What really ticked me off was after getting me and my bank on a conference call to verify banking info, I was then required to send photos of my gov’t issued photo ID (license/passport) over unsecured email just so I can send a few hundred bucks home! I had to cancel my order as a result.
I find it pretty disturbing that any company would require a customer to send very sensitive personal information over email in 2022.
In fact, I think it’s kind of disrespectful to be treating people like that. Yes, I do believe that any person is inspeparable from their personal data and I really wish we would all stop buying goods/services from any entity that mistreats us and/or our personally identifiable data!

Easy to use and cheap

I used RIA for at least 4 years, but I tried this app and not going back to RIA money, this is way better, the receiver gets more than the competition, and the fee is also cheaper.
The App Is very easy to use, simple, straight of what you need to do. I recommend this App, if I could give them more stars, I could give them.
