AS A LONG TIME LOYAL CLIENT TO THIS APPLICATION I AM TELLING YOU DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT! IT IS A FRAUD!
Do not use this application i have been a long time client with a minimum of 150 trips booked over the lifespan of this business. This has become an utter and complete rip off ! Within this passed month that i have been using this service i have been forced to take cars that cost more (Even when they are booked in advance), bookings were randomly cancelled without notice, call center was very rude and the manager refused to handle it professionally! Not honest with me !! And OLD cars !!
Every time I do the booking I ask for a specific car that it’s 10 kd per hour to drop and wait for me, today I asked for the same car after nearly 3 hours the driver told me it’s 50 kd !! How come !! And then I knew that she booked me a business car instead of the usual car I take and guess what !! It looked cheaper and dirty no tissues no water not even a charger !! NOTHING !! Honestly I ignored the same mistake over and over and they give me 10% discount I don’t want it I want you to be HONEST WITH ME !!Show lesss.alrashed
