We booked 2 cars to pick us up from the airport at a specific time, when we arrived we didn't find them, we tried to call the costumer service, we had to call several times until they answered!! And we found out that they had no clue about the booking!! ,, their only corrective action was to send the two cars!! ماني فاهمه شالهدف من ان بالبرنامج تكتبون سعر و لما نحجز و نركب مع السايق و نوصل للمشوار تدبلون السعر 3 و 4 مرات !!!! انا اول مره من متى السعر ينحسب عالوقت مو عالمسافه مع ان اساسا بالبرنامج تعطونا تسعيره مختلفه ليش التلاعب افضل لي احجز سايق من شركة ثانيه ولا اني ادفع مبلغ 4 مشاوير على مشوار واحد و يكون بس روحه بدون رده !! بكل انحاء العالم ماصار هذا الشي و انا متاكده حماية المستهلك مايدرون عنكم 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 هل يعقل من عبدالله المبارك لي الافنيوز ب 7.500 ! قمة الاستهتار شي مو مدروس ابداً 👎🏼Show lessbadouralotaibi
