Not acceptable fare
I noticed its a fixed price to kuwait airport during my ride ( 10 kd) from any location ( if distance 1 km from the airport or 100 km ) , nothing mentioned on your apps !!i booked my ride as 2 kd per 15 mins

Best Service in Kuwait!
The best service in kuwait! You can’t even compare the rest to Grand limo as they have a huge fleet of clean cars to choose from! From a caprice impala to a Mercedes Benz 500! The last time I requested a luxury service to pick me up I was surprised and happy that they called me and asked me if I would like to get the new Cadillac Escalade instead of the Mercedes since my drop off location was a bit far and the weather was dusty! I accepted the change with a big smile!

Worst service
This is the worst service I’ve ever had. I ordered a car and it told me that I’m waiting for confirmation, also it told me that my car will be here 7:49 pm. At 7:50 I got a call from grand limo telling me that my booking is canceled and there is no cars available. After that I told them I need a car ASAP, while I was talking she closed the phone while I was talking. Then I tried calling them again and they continued declining my calls. Sorry...not so good for me
I booked a ride the night before for 9:40am the next morning. The driver arrived at 9:47am. Nice car. Clean. Good driving. He even stopped the meter before we arrested to my destination because he was late although the fair was still 2kd more than what I would normally pay. At 10:00am I booked a trip for 12:20pm. At 12:25 I had to call and ask where the driver was. I was told he would call me back. When he did he said he would be another 10-15 minutes. NOT ACCEPTABLE. For all that I can take a taxi.
