Pointless!

Was advised to download this app to troubleshoot issues with Meta Quest 2

So I duly did what I was told …… did the network test, result was 130mbps download speed (which is my max download). But they had found way to improve my network? Hallelujah!

“The Wi-Fi connection quality in this area of your home is poor.”

Eh? That’s my max download speed! Hardly poor!

Next please 🙄🤬

This is a fantastic application for both agent and customer. Thanks Route This Helps

Please someone form a class action

Forget reading these reviews—the fact this app even exists is decent indicator of how poor Bryant (Carrier) customer service is, and how poorly engineered their products are, which are designed to be anti-competitive. Thermostats like a nest with similar basic functionality like wifi access have wifi access disabled when they connect to a Bryant machine. This is adversarial software design, implemented by 3rd-rate software engineers, and customers suffer.

No transparency so it’s hard to trust it

I was asked to use this app to diagnose a problem with a Phillips smart bulb. They came back to me and said there were too many WiFi networks competing for channels in the house. Three phones and a laptop can’t detect any other WiFi networks at all, so how does this app which is running on my phone claim to detect so many?
In light of the fact I can’t see the results, and no other devices on my network are having problems, I have to go with the majority here and say this app doesn’t work.

Garbage

This app is completely useless, slow and worthless

Innacurate

Have false readings, I had speed checked by IT provider. Neato using unstable network as excuse for inability to download software when I have very fast optical fiber video downloads

Load of rubbish

Was directed to use this app when one of the several devices on my security network stopped responding. It rated my network as “poor” which was a surprise as all devices had worked well for months.
I downloaded several other similar apps and each rated my network as “excellent” I await feedback from my security equipment supplier but suspect this will just be an exercise on shifting blame. We shall see.

Why

Why is this on my phone? did Apple install it as native? I definitely did not download

No Access Code. Time to move on

Have had Blink for several years. Amazon took over and slowly deteriorated. Just now 8 cameras all went offline. Told to try this app. Just asks for an acces code not given to me.
Think its time to move on to a real security system
