  • Nothing meaningful

This app logged into my network, ran a speed test and provided no meaningful feedback. It logged my speed over 300mb and only offered “improvements possible”. Next screen circled me back to the basic troubleshooting from Owlet site.
  • PRIVACY VIOLATION - DONT USE

This app gives support agents so much information about your network, including its name, devices connected to it, and advanced networking data. It also shows your location, and surrounding networks to the agent. Worst of all, their support refuses to tell me where I can access the information they store! DONT USE!

  • I believe someone made this app and put it on as a joke

    This is a scam
  • Doesn’t work

Won’t let me type any code. Rerrible
  • Misdiagnosed issue

Blink customer support tried to diagnose my connectivity issue using this app, which completely misdiagnosed the issue. Also it's annoying not being able to view the test results myself.
  • Garbage

My WYZE app support directed me to this app to assess my network.

It asked for a code. I didn’t get a code. I asked WYZE for a code. Only response was to go to this app for support.

    GARBAGE.

  • No info I couldn’t find myself

Blink rep insisted I load this app to find issues. This reminds me of scammers that say they found issues with my windows PC. (I don’t have a windows PC, I have a MacBook Pro, and I will never go back to a windows machine.) But the claimed “issues” this app says it finds and it’s proposed “solutions” are generic and a bit suspicious. The “solutions” it wants me to implement are just generic solutions anyone can do on their own, and in fact some of them I had already done before calling blink. It doesn’t engender much confidence in tech support that doesn’t seem to know as much as any fairly tech savvy person. And if all they’re doing is depending on some generic “app” to tell them what to do, what does that say about their technical proficiency?

  • FAIL before even starting

Someone else also said this —
Wyze support page says to get a 4 digit code from app AFTER running it.

This app asks for code BEFORE I can even run the app.

Someone doesn’t know their head from their are$$ and put the cart before the horse.

FAIL — even before out of the gate.
