This app told me nothing.
I called for assistance and as usual I get a person that can’t speak English very will. Plus this guy must have been working from home kids in the back ground. Plus he would stop talking and I’d have to say hello are you there. He made me down load this app and it doesn’t tell a thing. I to deleted it right after we where done. I’m reading where Blink is working on a new system but is keeping the old one for former owners like myself. Ever sense they did and update on my old app I’m I’m getting notifications that my system Module not connected.
Never have Blink ever solved any problems.

Opened the app - very first thing I see is the “copied from your clipboard” notification.
Stealing data is a shady business practice, I will trust nothing that this app provides after that.Russsssssssssssssssss
Fixed My Problem
This app actually works! I was experiencing problems with my blink camera system, and the blink support page recommended using this app. The app was easy to use and the directions were easy to follow. The app diagnosed my system and discovered 2 issues that were effecting my network, and also provided recommendations on how to fix the issues. I followed the app recommended fixes and now my system is working great. I definitely appreciate the help provided by this app and will use it again if I experience any future problems with my system or network. Thanks for the assist!Show lessMo Summers

NordicTrack iFit had me download this app to troubleshoot wifi connectivity. I had a download speed of 159 Mbps and they said speed was an issue along with the 26 devices connected to my network that they can see. The fact they can see devices is disturbing. I’m not sure who to be more frustrated with, iFit or the apparent invasion of this app. Never again will I download this type of app before being able to read the reviews.Show lessJamahawk21
Don’t waste your time
Pointless app. Blink insisted that I use it prior to contacting them but all it does is test your network connection. That’s it. No additional info. No next steps. No what sort of trouble are you having. Just network speed. You don’t need this app to test that.Rosencrantz Gildenstern
Terrible
Wyze support made me download this app. It can’t proceed without sharing my location. I refuse to share my location. Wifi does bot require location services. Who knows what else data they collect? Deleted the app and told Wyze support I’m not going to use this.
App won’t proceed if location is not shared!
