About time!
Ever since startup HearOne closed, I’ve waited for the “big boys” to get into the “PSAP” (personal sound amplification product) business. Who better than Bose. Only request for next software update? A full range equalizer. Some companies already offer this. Midranges need to be tweaked too, if we are trying for optimal hearing assistance. Plus more ads targeting us geriatrics.

Love I can hear
I can hear again my daughter doesn’t have to yell for me to hear her is give 5 stars the only reason and I truly mean it I wish there was an Apple Watch app. All I want the app to do is change my preset settings I already have saved in my iPhone app so I don’t need to pull my iPhone out every time I need to change a pre-saved setting. I’d like to get out of my car and go from driving Mode to tv , movie theater, live theater ext.. all without have to pull out my iPhone

External sound leaks thru even at -50 setting
I like the way the HearPhones enhance listening to the TV or in groups. For enhancing hearing they are very good.
However when using as Bluetooth connected listening to music with World Sound set to -50, external sound is still coming thru. So noise cancellation is only so so. I have Bose 700 noise cancelling headphones which do so much better.
Tried all three tips, no difference.
Another issue is that at -50 World setting, bass/treble selection seems not to work.
Finally, the music boost settings seem to be of little use. Neither the + or ++ settings makes much difference in volume.

Great hearing aid
I have spent a lot on hearing aids. Never been real happy with them.
The Bose Hearphones are different. I can finally listen to music. I can hear and understand my little grand kids. At parties, using the front setting I can hear others.
They are pretty obvious, but hearing is more important to me than looks.

Love/Hate relationship
They defiantly work for hearing enhancement, I just can’t seem to get over constantly trying to adjust them for differing conditions. The App is slow to respond to hook up and sometimes won’t , yet my phone says they are connected, frustrating when your having trouble hearing and can’t immediately adjust the controls. Never like something in my ears but these are tolerable and getting better. Battery life could be a little longer, won’t last all day. I am going to call support to see if they can help me fine tune these things. Not very wearable on a boat as wind noise is an issue. I’m 50/50 right now about keeping them.

Exactly what I needed.
I have about 10% hearing loss primarily on my right ear. I can’t hear Hugh pitch noise too on both ears. I’m really ok with general conversation as long as there’s no noise around me. But when the atValley is on or in a car or in a restaurant I have difficulty hearing a conversation. I saw this Bose Hearphone and wanted to try it. It’s perfect. I can focus the Hearphone to hear directly in front of around me. Hearing volume is also adjustable. Love it.

Good 👍🏾👍🏾
Ok it's was a great app helps when I DJ thanks Bose
Pretty good but App needs work
I have tinnitus and am a hearing aid user. These headphones are better than the hearing aids by far. The App can be a little finicky at times. Sometimes, even though it’s been connected several times, it asks you to pair it. Then you have to delete it from your phone and start over. Then, randomly, you may have to do that again the next time you connect. Connecting to a new MacBook Pro was a real hassle. Took like 7 or 8 attempts after clearing Bluetooth device list in headset. I’m still learning but I wish there was a way to turn down world volume but turn up a targeted volume, like conversation or TV. Well worth the investment so far. TV mode is awesome

Better than my $3000 Phonak in-ear-canal hearing aids!
I haven’t heard so well in years—and can adjust the settings on my Hearphones to different environments. My only complaint is that they take only ten hours’ charge. I’m actually considering buying a second set as a “relief” device for when the charge on the first pair dies out. I love that the Hearphones also allow me to take phone calls and listen to podcasts or music through the earpieces!

Love love love but having trouble
I absolutely love my hearbuds but I’m having issues with the app. It keeps wanting me to re-pair the device. Every once and a while it will connect. I have cleared the list and removed the device from my phone and paired it again. But still having the same issue. Help
