Slow and unreliable
This app picks and chooses when it wants to properly function. There have been numerous times when I can’t even clock in and have to wait until much later. Or I have to clock in late because I’ve been waiting minutes for the app to load. Please improve
Location does not work
The location over the last month has been off. The app says that I’m at risk since I’m not at the location but I’m always there and the pictures are becoming an inconvenience at every log in and out. A new development has happened over the last week, I cannot make schedule changes. Extremely inconvenient.

Easy to maneuver and lets you do the essential.
Ongoing App issues
I enjoy working for freedom Care and I’m grateful for my job and my patient but I am having a difficult time with the app clocking in and out are hard in most days and most I’m not able to do so, if it’s not giving me and error for my sign in info I get an error with photo identification and lately it takes a while to load and the app ends up crashing.. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but no luck I’m wondering if there’s something I can do about this ~Lydia Perez

Please, fix a bug on the shift that starts Saturday evening and ends Sunday morning for overnight duty, cozying spontaneous checkout by the app, “thinking” that Saturday shift must end Saturday, not Sunday morning.

FreedomCare needs to stop trying to take control of your phone with all the picture taking especially of the patient gets annoying other agencies don’t do that
