I try to clock into my shift and get an error. I can’t get paid for this week and may get in trouble for not being able to clock in to my work days. :(TrinTheBin
New app
This new version is no good. It’s convoluted and not easy to use at all. Bring back a more simplified version and stop making the lives of caregiver and patients stressful, after all this agency is supposed to be patient and caregiver centered.simplifyyourlife1
Terrible Update
I've always had issues with this app, but this update is terrible! It won't even let me onto the homepage because it keeps saying "server authenticity failed." It claims to let you edit your timesheet but it doesn't work. If you have more than one patient in a day, you're screwed because it wont let you select which patient you're working for it assumes based on the schedule and wont let you choose. Horrible update, please bring back the last version.Show lessmn03387

Been having problems logging in and out. Like the old one better. I’ve been clock out late because of of waiting minutes for the app to load. That’s for ever to prove your photo too. Please improvelyazia
Problems with the new update
The App imaging on this update is too large.. It doesn’t allow you to scroll down to see the red tab to click it… it took Me several tries to sign in & out.. and It’s Keeping My location on which is draining My Battery! Y’all should have kept the other version cause this update is a mess!Boss Lady Stormy
No location
There is no longer an option for location and it refuses to let me into the app until I “give access” but there is no option in location services to give it access.SAN1166

Horrible app
This app does not let me change my shifts, all it says error operation failed. It also does not let me clock in or clock out on time I have a long period of time to do so.Kpop131
Slow and unreliable
This app picks and chooses when it wants to properly function. There have been numerous times when I can’t even clock in and have to wait until much later. Or I have to clock in late because I’ve been waiting minutes for the app to load. Please improveNy_Nutella 💕
