I’m trying to pay my rent using app and am encountering difficulties in doing so. Sent many emails to support with no reply. Please reply to my emails so this issue can be resolved and my rent paid promptly.Steoh73

Im trying to pay my bill. Website keeps forcing open the app on my phone which doesnt work. I re-downloaded the app. No luck.

Downloaded, redownloaded, deleted, redownloaded, updated…rinse and repeat. No matter what I do it won’t let me login anymore. Have to go to website to payBrdemgen
Can’t make payments
Any time I try to make a payment and click “Pay” a red-colored error message pops up which reads “UNAVAILABLE.” I am unable to make payments via the app because of this.chrisdice

4/28/21: No improvement, still not able to log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Get message user name or password incorrect. Not. I can login in on the website. Any other suggestions?
It might be ok if I could log in. I’ve changed my password multiple times. Still tells me my login is wrong. A company like Mynd should be able to provide an app that works.Show lessSunraeAZ
