No one answers the phone or any messages. I feel sorry for the people trying to rent places through Mynd, they would be much better off doing it themselves.Worst service. No response
I’ve never had situations where you can’t call someone when there’s an issue. With Mynd you are left to suffe through weeks of no responses and random contractors that don’t fix the issues. My most recent electrical issue has had no response or action for over a week. But can I do anything? NopeWeird app and company
The app is outdated , full of bugs and crashes it freezes.

(Welp now it just doesn’t open. It’s gotten worse) This app is turning out to be worse every day. Having to contact different people for a plumbing situation and not notified at all in a timely fashion. Ex: there was a plumber being sent out to my house yet I was not told or contacted about it so they ended up sitting outside waiting for me to come home. I was lucky I came home that day and didn’t work. I get notifications saying I have new messages but can never read or see them. I’d rather just have to talk to one person not a group of random people I have to call constantly because I’m getting nowhere. Also to repeat the same situation every time I call because I sure can’t message or use the app is the worst. This doesn’t even deserve one star.Show lessCan’t open it
