One star because I can’t give zero
I got a free delivery email so I went on the app and entered my address. I kept getting a message that my city was closed. I’m shocked that Food Dudes has the power to close my whole city. I couldn’t get and further after that. I finally had to do a live chat. I found out that due to a lack of drivers, I can’t order food, but I couldn’t get an answer on why I got an offer for free delivery and what to do with my now worthless credit on my account.Show lessMrsaferguson

Invalid username
I have changed my password and my email over and over to try and get the app to pull up my account I have logged in on safari and it work just fine i even saved my username and password in my iPhone so I know I’m putting the right one in and it won’t log into my account I don’t know what’s going on or why the app isn’t working but I’m already deleting it and I just downloaded it today. Awesome and user friendly
This app was very easy to use just like their website! I chatted with someone after placing my order, they were so prompt! Makes me feel great knowing how smooth ordering goes and if there are any issues, you get assisted right away!abridget375

Garbage. Just use the actual website
It asks for your address literally every 30 seconds. There is no back button when you are in a menu so you have to click on the food dudes logo and re-do your location to select a different store. It doesn't fit on an iPhone screen most of the time. Overall, it's a terrible app at the moment. Just use the website, which works great!Show lessThe new top knotter
