Hi Valued Customer, we apologize that you encountered trouble using the app. Please send us your concern through email/chat including your registered email address, screenshot of your app version, handset model/OS & a short video clip of the process you're doing where the issues happened for checking. Kindly go to Account tab then click 'Email Us'. Thanks!

Hi SMR.SMR, we're sorry to know of the experience you've had with our design platforms. The Photobook App and website are two different platforms which are not linked. Hence, your project from the website is not accessible or available in the mobile app and vice versa. If you need further assistance, kindly go to the Account tab, then click Chat with Us. Thank you.
