Bad bad bad

Don't get the super rush shipping. It would still take them forever to ship it. And the customer service Cams does not reply at all.

Really Frustrated

A friend was able to create what was a really nice book. Decided to try. Not a good experience. Not at all intuitive, app keeps asking over and over to do a function and even when by a miracle you get something resembling photo pages it disappears. Went to Popsa and created a 59 pg, 200 pics book in an afternoon.

The worst

First of all, I cannot select the photos that I want, and add them where I want it. It wants to automatically set them up on one picture per page even though I have that feature turned off. Also, when I tap to edit it either the picture or the words it does not let me do it! It’s a very faulty app and needs a lot of work. It’s very frustrating when this can be done very quickly

Does not link with my account?

I have been working on a photo book project on the desktop site, but downloaded the app thinking it would be easier to use. When I logged into my account on the app, there is no record of my project under my name. Guess I will keep working on it on the desktop. Not helpful.

Hi SMR.SMR, we're sorry to know of the experience you've had with our design platforms. The Photobook App and website are two different platforms which are not linked. Hence, your project from the website is not accessible or available in the mobile app and vice versa. If you need further assistance, kindly go to the Account tab, then click Chat with Us. Company is a scam

Do not use their services. I have been back and forth for 2 weeks on an order (that should have arrived in 2 days). They refuse to acknowledge that my order is delayed, instead they offered to credit my account for a future order, which of course will not arrive either. Do not use this company.

It’s called Photobook Canada but it ships from Thailand

Shipping is not free (free on only small stuff) + you hit with a Duty fee on delevery. There is no deal there even if the item is super cheap… THEY ARE NOT IN CANADA. Won’t order there again! Yes DHL charged duty on 2 of 3 shipping… name is misleading just be aware… of many extra fees

For the import tax and duties, certain orders shipped to Canada may be subjected to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the Canadian authorities. If you are assessed for duties & taxes, please provide to us to the payment receipt through private message for further checking. Thank you for your patience.

Terrible customer support

I had used this service for years, and the quality of the books was great. Recently I had an incomplete project that I paid $20 expedited shipping for. After a week or two I had not received it. They had not made the book yet refused to refund the expedited shipping. I was asking for them to complete the project but just send regular mail and refund the $20 expedited shipping, since the event had already passed, but they refused to refund the overnight shipping even though they hadn’t even made the book yet! I found their support uncompromising to the point of being rude. Never using them again.

Fraudulent company - do not use

Please note that this company took my order of $30 for 15 prints, has not produced the prints, has not shipped the prints and has not sent any confirmation of order. This is after 3 weeks from date of order placement, and several follow up with their customer service chat, who continue to say ‘we’re following up’. They have of course sent me 1 marketing email a day though, but nothing with regards to my order.

This company should be removed from the App Store.

Too many notifications

I keep getting promo notifications from the app even though I've disabled them in the app settings.

The prints that I've received are great, but the unwanted notifications are annoying. If this isn't corrected soon in an update, I will have to find a different service for my photo printing.
