App issues
I’ve been going to AJ’s for a few years now, and I’ve had absolutely no issues with the app until these last two updates. I have to constantly sign back into the app after it continuously kicks me out anywhere from 2-3 times per week. It would’ve been great if they’d have left the app the way it was before….

Lots of opportunities for improvement
The rewards are minimal. It’s absolutely stupid that when you pay with a gift card and have a remainder due, you can’t use the app, so you don’t get points. Considering you have to spend $100 for a $3 reward that doesn’t even cover most drinks, that should be fixed
Cool and all butttt…
Love aromas with all my heart but I’m not a huge fan of only using one reward at a time. I’ll give it 5 stars when we are able to do that.
Rewards system
I’m surprised not more people are talking about how tough the rewards system is. You have to spend $100 for $3 reward…. That’s not even 1 drink or sandwich.

I feel like we at LEAST deserve to get breakfast sandwich or a rush ($6-$8 dollar Reward) after spending $100!
When I want a coffee or specialty drink I find myself going to Dunkin' or McDonald’s more often now to treat myself, NOT because I like it better but because I can get rewards and coupons that make the splurge a bit easier on the wallet.

Can’t access app
So the app underwent an upgrade and now neither me nor my husband can access the app. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. It won’t allow me to sign in or even set up a new account. Both of us have rewards points we can’t access. I can’t get support help either. Help!!

It’s amazing that people are complaining about the app not working, DUH, they ate still working on it. So of course your app isn’t working right now.

Update gone wrong
I can’t get back on the app since the rework of this app last week. I have a lot of rewards stored up and now can’t get it to open or let me sign back on??? Any suggestions? Thanks
Unable to sign in
When I open the app and try to click anywhere the screen display just “jumps up / scrolls up” a little and nothing happens. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and that didn’t help.
The app is not user friendly
Not user friendly at all- to redeem rewards is a pain-and there’s no real incentive. It’s more expensive than Starbucks and there’s not many ways to earn points - it requires $100 spent just to get a cup of coffee for free. And the birthday rewards - $3-$4!? Maybe a medium coffee at best or a pastry…and i needed to find several emails to try and redeem, but it expired by then. :(

Payment In App
You can’t say “ you can use this app to pay in store and to earn reward points”, when you legitimately can’t. Up until about a month or two ago, I was able to upload money from my debit and credit card, now neither work. Same with gift cards.
This simple inconvenience has lead me to decide that I’m not going to spend money at AJ’s until this is fixed.
