So, I USED to have a button to order online. But, it always said there was no aroma within 500 miles. I uninstalled and then re installed the app. NOW, the order button is gone. Replaced by a menu button. Ok. I find what I want. And that’s as far as I can get! There’s NO add to cart! However, since installing again, the location issue is resolved!! 🤷♀️ I feel like I can’t win with this app! I have rewards for mobile order only. I’m frustrated.

Difficult to Read
1. The app developers researched thousands of fonts in hundreds of sizes until they found the SMALLEST, MOST DIFFICULT FONT TO READ!! 🤩 Seriously, idk what they were thinking.
2. If you want to tip a “custom“ amount you must press a lot of buttons, and you must do so every time you order.
3. Order Ahead works well, but you can’t just order whatever you ordered last time, you must choose everything all over again.
4. Otherwise it works well. And the coffee is great! 👍🏽

Needs better way to look at menu
I find it odd how there is no way to simply view the menu without starting and order. Not every location does mobile order and even if you look at it through placing an order the information about each product like whether it has caffeine or is gluten free etc. Is a challenge to find. I just think the whole app needs a makeover. I work at one of the locations and I also have sooo many customers with issues of their app.

Can’t reach customer service
I accidentally loaded $50 onto my Aroma Joe’s balance. I was trying to check my balance on a gift card and hit the wrong option and there was no warning it was just going to hit my credit card on file, then bam the m charged $50. I reached out to customer service on 6/18 and got a response 6/20 saying that customer support was handling it. 6/28, still no resolution or contact, so I followed up. 6/29 no reply yet. For these reasons, I will delete and no longer use the app. If you’re going have an app, you should have customer support available when issues arise.

Very impressed with the variety of options of rewards with the new update! Easy to use.
App Needs Order + Pay Services
Every other app for coffee shops, fast food, whatever, you can order and pay and use coupons and rewards etc. This app only lets you rack up rewards etc. I’d rather not bug the employees with it and take up more time with having the employees scan my phone and still have to hand over cash/card separately to make the transaction.

Awesome does what it needs
Other than offering order ahead the app is great! I’m able to pay, load and use coupons efficiently! Easy to use and if I’ve had an issue the customer service was ways to use!
