Everything is super clear on the instruction tab. And if you can’t understand what it said go ask someone else who is better at technology than you. The logo is the button. To set up the first time, follow these steps:
1- Turn on bluetooth
2- Turn on the app and press HARD on the logo until you hear a beep
3- Under Device tab, hit the search symbol
4- You now connected
A. To track the device, hit Alarm on your phone
B. To track your phone, double press HARD on the device
C. To save your parking location, press HARD once on the device. Check it back under the Location tab on the app.

I bought this at the store and mine personal beeps really loud and it’s really helpful! Just for 5$ this helped a lotbummy10
No issues so far
I have no issues when closing the app or anything else for that matter, except the first one I bought was an empty plastic shell. No tracker inside it. Second one works great so far.IKilledKenny919
Crap junk
I so I could find my keys with ease but it doesn’t work. Keys are currently missing and it won’t pick up the device. Waste of money and my time. This was suppose to be useful.Nikky1313
Rather pay the big bucks
I was really hopeful about this. I got two, one for my wallet and one for my camera bag. If I close the app (not even quitting it entirely), at some point the trackers start beeping until I either shut them off or enter the app & connect to each of them again. I had a Tile and loved it but wanted a cheaper alternative, now I’m thinking I’m getting what I paid for.Show lessMaddieSullwold
Don’t bother
Waste of money the minute the tag is out of range of your phone it no longer works or connected to app and won’t reconnect so if your dog gets out and you try to track your dog the minute the dog is out of range it will disconnect I bought six of them taking them all backLeslieM825
Pretty cool..
I came across this thing today at 5 below & I’d figure I give it a try because I’m always losing my keys or my phone! Now if I have 1.. I’ll be able to find the other. I like that its 1 device but can works to locate either or! Easy to set up.. & it gives u sound options for the alarm to locate your phone. FINALLY.. something like this for us forgetful people.Show lesskuwk1

I bought 2 as Christmas presents for my son’s for their keys...will not connect. I even put new batteries in thinking that was the issue. The customer service number I called stated they were only there Monday-Thursday; left a message and still no call back. Waste of money.hhhhhjjjjjjkkkkk
Absolutely a waste of money
This device will not work if it is off. It will not connect via Bluetooth. You can not turn the device on through Bluetooth. If you close out your Traxx it app the device will begin beeping. Very foolish design as far as Bluetooth connection. It connects but only in the event that the Traxx it device is turned on and the app is always open. Otherwise it will not locate your personals.
