Awful
Just randomly beeps and goes off. I need something that stays quiet until I personally make it go off. Not something that goes off every 3 seconds especially if the app is closed.Dannbart

My only complaint is that the volume is too low to find it. I’ve had the tile that was sold with my iPhone and it was great. I could hear the beep even if i was in another room. I bought this while standing in line at a dollar store . So yeah you get what you pay for.kennedy220

I bought this on a whim while looking for something for 5 dollars. It took me a while to understand how to pair it probably because I didn’t see the introduction tab in the app. You pair it by squeezing the token for 3 seconds or until it beeps. The ringtones on the app aren’t for the token but your iPhone so don’t get that confused. The token only beeps that’s it nothing fancy. I agree it could be louder but I haven’t lost my keys since I bought it 3 days ago so I haven’t tested it actually looking for my keys. I agree with another reviewer I hope they make the app work in the background; currently if you close the app the token beeps until you open the app and connect it’s the reason I gave it 3 stars because it’s inconvenient for me because I have a habit to closes all my apps and then it just starts beeping. It also has a nice feature that if you squeeze the token twice it rings your phone but only works if your phone ringer is one so again a little inconvenient. Provides Basic Functions
Pairing worked ok on my iPhone se.
The instructions are really not clear and part of the confusion is that is that the app I think was written for a tracking device with more functionality as the settings such as ringtone for example are not supported on the key ring attached token. Once you come to that realization it does appear to seem more intuitive.
Basically simple and works ok except It would be nice if the developer would allow it to run as a background task because if you terminate in foreground mode the token beeps until you either start the app back up in foreground mode and reconnect or turn the token off. Not sure why anyone has an issue pairing. I had to return the first one because the battery was dead but the second one paired right away. As for the “button”, the whole thing is the button—just squeeze it. Probably that person got one with a dead battery too. I wish it was louder or there was a way to increase the volume. Range is good but no way you can hear it if your far away. Not bad for the price but increasing the volume would make it better.Show lessCJR&J

Can’t get phone connected to traxx it device
There’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to get it paired. Doesn’t even come up as an option to pair. Even tried on phones of different individuals and returned the Traxx it device for a new one in case that was the problem. All to no avail. Simply doesn’t work. Maybe in a future update they’ll figure it out, but they don’t have it figure out now.Show lessBrw59
Does what it should
So far works great, aside from the inability to close the app without having to reconnect everything. Definitely gives the overpriced brands a run for their $$$!!!Holyshizbatman

I downloaded the app. I opened the app. Within a matter of seconds I was able to see that the locator was spot on. Very impressive. For 4.5 dollars per unit, I find this to be a great bargain. If it will help me find one item, particularly my keys when I am harried, it will certainly be considered in my book as a payoff.Show lessGuitarnist
