Pointless.
An app that advertises customisation but is essentially an instructional for connecting the headphones and NOTHING else...
Almost as disappointing as the “noise cancelling” feature of the N200 Wireless themselves...
Useless.

NC60 wireless unsupported: shameful!
As per the title: my NC60 headphones are only just out of warranty. They’ve had very light usage but lately don’t communicate well with newer Bluetooth devices, but remain fine on my older devices.
I had hoped that I could simply update the Bluetooth stack using this app, but there are a very limited few models this app will work with.
Useless! And it certainly means that my next purchase will be from a manufacturer which fully supports what they sell: I can still buy these brand new, so it’s not as if they’re an ancient legacy product.
Absolutely shameful treatment of existing customers.

Works fine.
I’m using N700 NCM2 with an iPhone SE (old SE). Connected just fine. Now I’ve got a custom EQ and these things sound even better! And I can see how much battery life left which works within a Samsung phone... but for an iPhone you need this app to see that. Thanks!
Cannot get pass connect to Bluetooth
Get a message to connect to bluetooth, its connect but still cannot get pass this point on app. Using iphone 8
Doesn't work
Can not get passed the connect your headphones screen, need fix asap
No connection
I have the AKG N700.They are successfully paired with my phone via Bluetooth. And for basic listening they are OK. However this app will not find them even though they are already connected to my iOS device. I happen to have a USB C to Lightning cable. When I connect the two via that this app still doesn’t recognize that headphones. So many of the advanced features are not available because the app does not work

AKG iOS app
It’s June 2020 and the app doesn’t work with the N60 headphones that came with my Note 9. Two years should be sufficient for compatibility. BT won’t find N60 so NO connection. Worthless.
Why the complaints?
This app works fine. I’ll never cease to be amazed by how many people struggle to use an app this simple.
Not connecting
Phone is connected. But the app doesn’t show connection
Don’t bother
Useless app; decent enough headphones but don’t bother with the app
