DOES NOT SUPPORT THE AKG N60NC HEADPHONES

I downloaded the app today hoping it would support my brand new AKG N60NC Headphones, which I purchased yesterday. The app does not support these headphones which are popular with commuters and air travellers.

I appreciate that the N60NC Headphones were first released in April 2017 but that is less than three years ago and they are still on sale and frequently bundled with Samsung cellular phones still.

This is very disappointing after sales care by AKG and their distributor, Harman Kardan.

I am a recording engineer and have several AKG microphones and headphones and my comments on the app in no way reflect upon the quality of the hardware itself. I refer only to the app. Little wonder it already has such poor rating.

N60nc

Not supported. Waste of time.

Wonโ€™t recognize my Y500 headphones

The app sucks and I canโ€™t use my AKG Y500 headphones on my iPhone with the app at all with Bluetooth enabled on them

EQ is deceptive and fiddly

Boosting the top end does nothing. It just lowers the bottom end. Intead of hearing more texture and detail, I hear less bass.

Does not support Y50

Very disappointing!

Very basic app

Works for me but very simple app, probably will only ever use to check for updates

N60NC not supported.

Downloaded this app to update firmware on my noise cancelling headphones. Only bought them two years ago but they are not supported.

Doesnt work

Like the user before me has stated, the device is connected but still stuck on connection screen

The app is stupid.

The headphones are connected, it runs smoothly put when you open the app it doesnโ€™t go to the settings just stays stuck at the connectivity option.

App installed but nothing

App doesnโ€™t open on iOS for iPhone 8
