Great, & I hope it will continue to improve
I love having a map of various indigenous groups all in one place, and it’s allowed me to much more easily learn about different groups, especially ones that live in my area. I love having the links to the tribe websites on a lot of them! However, I definitely noticed not all of it is very accurate, either in the regions or the names of some of the tribes, which I guess is to be expected, but I definitely hope that in the future it will continue to become more accurate and informational! For now, I appreciate having a Native-focused resource for a wide variety of native groups across Turtle Island. Thank you!!!

This app is for students
The reason why is this for students is in Social Studies 6 in Estacada. My Teacher Mrs Boatman Was showing us this app to see the lands. I didn’t have it on watch so I will go through this to track your of where am I going
Neat concept, crappy color scheme
Cool concept but the color scheme and legend can be difficult to process
Doesn’t work
Dropping pins only sporadically shows a result
Great app besides glitches
This app is great. Love the idea. Super important to have access to this knowledge. I do have trouble on the app when visiting the link for each tribe, it never loads.
Inaccurate information
My people aren’t even on here and the links included for more information is your basic website which hasn’t been updated in a long time. Very disappointed. I could not find a link to provide input!
Response from developer
Hi Mistasiniy, can I ask what nation or people you are referring to that are missing? Our website (https://native-land.ca and contact page at https://native-land.ca/contact) is updated almost every week with new information and changes, even if it's sometimes hard to spot them. I hope we can fix the problems you found, we are an unfunded project so we are trying our best. Thanks!
Welcome inclusion of Australian mob
I installed this hoping to learn some more about the First Nations in the Americas but was delighted to find geographic data about Australia's First people (the term First Nation doesn't get used here much , as it implies a meaning associated with colonializing). Although perhaps some more info about the different language groups and peoples would be nice, this is a great first step and I commend the Authors for putting in the hard work of mapping and recognising the traditional country of Australia's indigenous people. Sadly we are a country that never struck a treaty so it's still very much an illegal occupation, but recognising and restoring the old names is a step towards making right what was made wrong in this land

Native Lands
Interesting & seems accurate for the most part. Legend colors don’t match map colors very well.
Colors need contrast
The idea of the app is really neat, but I thought the colors needed more contrast. It was a bit hard to distinguish when there was overlap of areas.
Unless I missed a way to fix that.
Keep it up though!
