Not bad
Could definitely be faster, but overall seems to do its job. I liked the emotion thing at first but I don’t think it should come up every single time you open the app, I think it should just be once a day or morning and evening. Or maybe at the end of your shift, which would have the most potential of using it as feedback for how happy employees are in relation to their job. Skipping it takes about the same amount of time as just answering the question which doesn’t make a ton of sense. Also the settings isn’t really much of a settings page.MonicaSM95
Superpunch update
I use to be able to see everything, it was great. But now that I updated it on IOS. I can no longer even use it. It doesn’t load even after reinstalling the application.batmanbrat_britt

Update messed it up
I can’t even use it after the update and it doesn’t even populate my schedule. I have reached out more than once to see why the app doesn’t work and still have no resolution. Ever since I updated my phone it doesn’t go past the screen where it asks how you’re feeling.mightyninja
Errors
Doesn’t seem to work on the iPhone XS Max. It gets stuck on an endless spin cycle. I’ve tested a theory and it sits on the emotion screen with a small spinning circle. I’ve left my phone unlocked for two hours and the app won’t load.NoLife1599

Great Tool
This app is great for lots of reasons. If I think I may have a time clock discrepancy after my shift, I can double check it with the app. There are shortcuts to notify 24-7 if I'm going to be late or tardy, referring people to the company is super easy, I can reach out to the answers desk. Lots of streamlined and convenient uses. As long as 24-7 keeps using Superpunch for time clock purposes, I'll definitely be using this app.dixuckersluvm3
