I can pay money to delete it - 0 star

They deserve 0 star wallah because they have the worst customer service i face in my entire life .. i deleted the app and i know i have lost money because they didn’t do thier job and i’m okay with it .. You know how some apps you pay money to use ? Well for “to you” app i am ready to pay money to DELETE it because they are this worse! at least from my experience

Aweful customer support

I provided proof of my issue and explained multiple times what the issue was, all I wanted was a correction on there part however even after this instead of a resolution all I got was a brick wall with idiot after idiot of customer service agents

Extremely Bad service and representative

My order was delayed for more than 40 minutes. I have not received an apology for delay instead, the representative was rude enough to refuse handing the order until he receives payment first !!!! In addition, after explaining the situation to the support team, they have deducted the full amount from my wallet. So after all. my order was delayed, I had to deal with a rude representative, I have not received my order and yet I was charged for and order that I didn't receive !!!! This is unacceptable, not fair nor respectful for a client from a delivery app!!!!

Worst service !!!

I had never had any unresolved issues with Hungerstation or Chefz or Marsool !!

Worst customer service ever!!!

This app makes tremendous amount of wrong orders. They will not reimburse you for their mistake. I strongly recommend you avoid them.

I subscribed to their premium package for unlimited deliveries. Worst choice I have ever made!

لا أنصح ابدا باستخدام هذا التطبيق ابدا. لا يعوضون عن اخطاءهم في توصيل طلبات خاطئة. مبالغة في كل اسعارهم. فوق انه خدمة سيئة و يكتفون بهذه الرسالة لما يغلطون في الطلبات بدل ما يستحون و يعيدون المبلغ:

"نعتذر منك على هذه التجربة.
سيتم التواصل مع المتجر واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب، ونعدك أن تجاربك القادمة ستكون أفضل إن شاء الله.

Really stupid problems with the app

The app sometimes doesn’t let you pay after confirming the order and tells you we are experiencing high traffic and there is no way to pay after closing the payment tab because there’s no button or option. And the other apps are also cheaper.

I am not satisfied

To be honest, an application that I am never satisfied with, even though I am an alienated person. I use delivery applications every day, I used all applications, and I used Toyo for a while. To be honest, I regretted it. I had many bad situations. I subscribe to the delivery service, and the delivery amount is deducted, and the first one was deducted. The fees were communicated again. I asked to cancel the subscription. There is no professionalism in serving their customers. The subscription was canceled immediately, and the amount was not returned, and the amount of the previous fees was deducted from the parking lots.

Terrible customer support

One of the worst customer service experiences. Good luck trying to resolve any issue you have. It’s impossible to get in contact with a human. You have to go through their chat and they never respond Stay away
